I got a dinner bowl online and I go and grab it, I didn’t check it before I got home and when I looked the workers forgot all of my vegetable (which is most of my bowl). So I went back and ask them if they could remake it because at this point my food is cold. They would not remake it nor give me vegetables on my original order. They told me it’s my fault for not checking and I should go somewhere else. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

I want to emphasize that everyone who helped us was amazing, and this review is not about them, but rather a specific employee who was off the clock and who acted in a manner that (as a retail manager) would have been completely unacceptable to me. Leaning over the counter, reaching over to point at specific things which is incredibly unhygienic, demanding loudly to talk to co workers who were in the back and disrupting the flow of a mild dinner rush, looking upset and pouty and acting passive aggressive to the employees who were there when the co worker pulled from the back prioritized customers in front of him, and waltzing back behind the counter which basically ground almost everything to a stop until he was done. Just overall acting like an entitled prick, and no one who was working seemed enthused by his behavior. Whoever is upper management needs to retrain this guy on how to act when you are off the clock but in the store, because even off the clock if you are on property you are representing the company and he definitely was not representing Chipotle in a positive light.

Worst service I've ever got to! Technical problems on the app. Technical support absolutely failed. Finally get to talk to someone in person here and they don't even care and don't do anything to solve the problem. Absolutely worthless.

They just stopped serving the Carne Asada which is the seasonal meat choice It will be a couple seasons before I come back.Kid-friendliness: Could be a little more kid friendly is all I'm gonna say on this.

Ordered online and my burrito had MEAT when I ordered vegan :( I am extremely upset. Burrito also missing my quacamole and has almost no veggies so I couldn't even take the meat off and still have a meal. Employees are careless and don't read orders in detail or just don't care. I am never eating at Chipotle again, I should be able to spare myself from contributing to animal death by not ordering it only to forced upon me due to employee negligence makes me extremely sad and disturbed. Eat literally anywhere else. Oh and not to mention, the app I used wouldn't allow a refund and I lost 25$ with this order missing everything I ordered and instead stuffed with meat despite my order saying specifically NO MEAT!!!! :( Worst experience I've had ordering food in my life.

well. im done with chipotle. 11 bucks for a half empty bowl is highway robbery. maybe it would be different if i hadn't done mobile order, but i got a bowl because I'm hungry and in a rush! what a rip off.3 pieces of chicken. 11 dollars. half full. really???

I ordered three burritos through Uber eats from this location. Two for my coworkers and one for me. All of us ended up with food poisoning. Very disappointed, and even more annoyed that I paid the extra fees through Uber for food that’s lost me working hours.
