Came by to try a local food cart. But they were closed when I arrived Saturday 12:30pm in the afternoon. Google and physical posted hours said they should be open. Maybe the owners were having an emergency and couldn’t open on time.Edit:Came by again on a Tuesday. 1130am. Still not open :(New hours ?

Stopped in for a quick bite on the way to a show at the Moda. Best little Thai/Vietnamese food truck in the area! Food was fresh, veggies where cooked crisp, which I love! and had a good selection in the medley. Lemongrass chicken was lovely, tender and rich with flavor .... all served quickly. They are located directly across from a Max stop (Rosa Parks). Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating available with a pavilion, including beer/cider options on tap or from cooler. Indoor bathrooms. Ample parking in lot or additional parking in neighborhood.Definitely will be visiting again, especially when we go to shows on the East side!Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian dishes offered, all clearly marked with 'VF' on menuParking: Free Gravel parking lot, directly next to food trucks/pavilion.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance to pavilion and food truck tables are wheelchair accessible.

I was overall underwhelmed by the quality of the food. What really irked me however was the fact that I ordered the vegan option pineapple fried rice with tofu, and clearly specified I wanted the vegan version. I got all the way home almost thirty minutes away to find my pineapple fried rice contained actual chicken. I spoke on the phone with them and they apologized and exchanged it for another. Here’s where I draw the line: I take this new pineapple fried rice with tofu home, only to find a deep fried egg in the middle of the rice. I spent $51 plus gas, got an order I couldn’t eat, then was remibursed with one with a fried egg ☹️☹️☹️not cool

Great flavors; friendly owners; vegan choices; fresh veggies that are not overbooked. Curry not too salty, with lots of flavor. So good.

So glad we stopped in and experienced Chi's. The owners are so nice and will tailor dishes to your needs. We are both vegan-leaning vegatarian and had no problem eating well here.

Soo good. I'm from the SF Bay Area which has famously good Asian food. This food truck is sooo good. Fresh. Flavorful. Not expensive. Nice service. Nice ambiance - it's in the back of a brewery which was also delicious with incredible service. 10/10.

Got the pad see ew with tofu and it was fantastic! Wonderful flavors, extra wide noodles, and tons of delicious and perfectly cooked vegetables added as well. Got the egg rolls too and omg the best I have ever had. The cart is in the back of the lot so you might miss it (I accidentally walked past it before I realized I had missed it). Look for their sign by the curb, or just walk east into the lot and look for the opening in the fence by the main building and you will find it.

What a great little food cart! I was quite impressed by the amount of veg in the pad see ew—with bok choi no less. It was a pretty generous portion at a reasonable price. The server handed me a perfectly sweetened iced tea with lemon as I picked up my food too ?

Great little cart sitting next to a great micro brewery! Depending on the night you can walk up and get food quickly or there is a wait, but worth it! We’ve only tried the Thai so can’t speak about the Vietnamese side of the menu.

I just tried this cart for lunch, after being in North Portland for 1 1/2 years. I'm kicking myself. All those wasted months. I'm not saying this lightly. The Beef Phở broth was stunning. Not oily and very fragrant. Hà VL has my highest honor for Phở in Portland, but this is officially my second favorite. And given it's 2 minutes from my house, I'm going to be spending a lot more money/time here. So happy to have found this place.

Portions are great and just beautiful. The woman running the food truck when I visited was extremely sweet and with good humor. Soups are fantastic and the pineapple fried rice is 10/10

The food is good. I’m picky about Thai food after being spoiled by Seattle’s great Thai food restaurants. This family owned cart puts out great food and the front and back patios are family friendly and have beer and non-alcoholic seltzer. Chicken pad Thai and curry fried rice are ?

The new owners (who took over Long Duc and changed the name) they are very nice and care a lot about their customers. For example, on cold rainy days they'll offer a free cup of vietnamese broth (which is absolutely delicious!!!)Unfortunately, the food isn't quite as good as the previous owners. Their pad thai has way too much fish sauce (VERY FISHY TASTE) both times that I've ordered it. And the chow mein is very tastelss, unflavorful, no sauce or seasoning. The one good thing about the Chow mein is that the vegetables were good and perfectly cooked.NOTE: They are closed on Sun & Mon.
