I've been enjoying Chu's over the past 35 years, and can still find all my favorites on the menu. From their pork fried rice and egg rolls, to their cashew nut chicken, and general chicken, or mypersonal favorite, the #5 , I always enjoy the food, eather dinning in or carry out.
A friend recommended Chu's Eatery at SE 171st and Powell in Portland, Oregon, and now I know why she did. The front counter person is filled with familiarity and delight with each new arrival. She greeted each customer enthusiastically, asking about their pets, etc., clearly these are repeat customers. My shrimp fried rice was perfectly seasoned, with soy sauce packets available.
