I met a brother and his grandson for lunch. The building is nice with an Adirondack feel (but wrong end of the country). They have various lunch options at tiered prices. Two of us had half sandwiches with a cup of potato cheese soup. It was very good. I was also pleased that they had Heineken 0.0 which is one of the better na beers.

Just had a 4 hour dinner at the Bridgeport Village location. Chandler, our bartender/server was 100% perfect. We were catching up with friends and he kept our glasses full and never made us feel rushed to get our food orders in. Great service is normal here, but Chandler took it to the next level. Very disappointed the flavors and pictures advertised on their menu don't reflect thr quality of food. The tri tip steak was over seasoned to the point it was just peppercorn the jasmin rice was not jasmin rice at all but basmati not a huge deal, but very bland and mushy the mashed potatoes enjoyable. The meat was stringy and the crust of the steak was gray. My partner ordered a medium sirloin that was well done and his baked potatoes was drowned in butter.Service was nice waiter Christopher was pleasant and the environment was nice. Overall I'd rate 4/10

My first time at a Claim Jumper. From the moment we walked in, sat down, ate, and left was a VERY pleasant experience. Every single staff encounter I had from the hostess, bartender, and server- were all super friendly! We got our food quick and it all tasted amazing! Super satisfied and I definitely recommend eating here.

Prices have definitely gone up a lot since we were here before. But even still, the food was great. We came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We sat at a booth in the bar, and our server was Chandler, the bartender. His service was absolutely excellent. We were even given a free slice of cake for his birthday. We enjoyed our meal and experience overall.
For what we spent, I expected more of a Ruth's Chris experience. Three of us had steak, which was underseasoned but perfectly cooked. The lobster mac-n-cheese was highly overrated. The pretzel bites were just little bread balls with a bowl of cheese. How how do you have pretzels with no salt? There was no nothing about this meal that struck me as wonderful. Maybe I should have looked at the menu more. The service was not memorable in any way other than she did a good job of prebussing because the table was always overflowing with dishes. I really wouldn't go back to Claim Jumper with the same expectations. Set your bar low.
