I visited Cookie McCakeface the first week I moved to Portland and I was blown away! I got four cookies and could not eat them all in one day, but was pleasantly surprised to find that they lasted almost a week and tasted even yummier after heating them up! The owner was so sweet and patient while I was deciding which cookies I wanted to order. I came back a few days before the Portland ice storm of '24 to order some for my birthday and they were as good as I remembered from the first time. They taste amazing, travel well, and heat up great! You can't go wrong!

Pay attention to monthly specials because she puts so much time and work into perfecting creative flavors and ideas that will blow you away every time. Order: classic chocolate chip (CCC) $6 & Abomb-ination $7.75 Pros: Now hold up! This chocolate chip cookie is a banger you hear me!!!! Straight banger!!! This mound of a cookie is so gooey yet crispy on the bottom. Warm etc. yummmmmm!!! The abomb-ination was good and chocolaty. Im just not a fan of salt on my sweets. Service was great and items came out quick. Def. Will be back. Cons: mmm the cost for each of these cookies is a bit much for the size.

Selfishly… I did not want to leave a review because I must have access to these at all times, but everyone must be graced with these cookies. They will change your life!My personal favorite is the chocolate peanut butter, you HAVE to try it.The owner is so nice, and there are fun squirrels outside of the cart while you wait the 5 minutes for your fresh cookie! So the ambiance is incredible.Proceed with caution though, no cookie will ever compare. If you have had a Levain cookie and loved it, this is just the upgraded version!

The cookies are a little on the expensive side I’ll admit but definitely something worth trying and keep in mind they’re not everyday cookies from the grocery store, they’re 10x better so worth the price to try.

After following them for a long time on Instagram, I finally decided to go in and check them out. This was from a while ago but the cookies have made an impression on me and I have sent friends and family over to check them out. The owner is very nice! I have messaged her on Instagram a couple of times and she's always very sweet. :) my favorite is the Cookie Monster obviously because of it googly eyes

They’re a little pricey, but the cookies are very unique, warmed up, filling, and very good quality, and you’re help supporting a small business that’s investing in Portland!Every food cart I’ve interacted with in The Cart Blocks has a very friendly attitude, even though the surroundings are a little rough at times.Please get out and support them! Downtown Portland is on its way back, and we can’t lose any more businesses that are doing their absolute best!
What a gem! Looking for something close, quick and sweet, we found this cute little cart! Love the marketing with their art btw! I got the midnight society, which is their s'mores cookie. The pictures don't do it justice at all, but when the cashier hands you that warm box and you hold it in your hand, you'll feel the joy I felt! It was cooked perfectly to my taste, super soft and gooey in the middle, with the melty marshmallow inside (had to break it open to show you!). The graham cracker in the chocolate cookie dough really made the s'mores flavor come out. You'll definitely want to give this place a try and eat it while it's hot!

Walking by the Cookie McCakeface truck peaked my interest. I frequent the cart blocks on W. Burnside and found a cookie cart with fun and unique descriptions very intriguing. Then my addiction began. The monthly themed specials are my absolute favorite. My first was Netflix and Chill. The perfect combination of M&Ms, recess, potato chips and popcorn. My latest love is the seasonal Black Lodge. Dark chocolate cookie with espresso. These cookies never stop making my day. Expert tip- the cookies freeze very well! After cooking a meal in the oven, I put the cookies in. Then they are perfectly baked and warmed for dessert. Get here! You will be hooked.

These cookies are very large and tall which also means they are quite raw inside. Even when warmed again the following days, they all smelled and tasted like raw cookie dough/flour. They are delightfully crunchy/crispy outside but the middle is so soft/raw it falls out when broken in half. Not for me as they are. Of the ones I ordered, I liked the chocolate one the most.
