The super burrito Maya was very fresh and extremely tasty. The avocado sala was paired well with the burrito. The chips where about the best restaurant made tortilla chips I have ever had. The street corn smothered in mayo and cheese was served with a very tasty red sauce. i’ve eaten their burrito, their tacos, their panuches, their tamales, their sauces, etc. everything is so amazing always and Pablo puts his whole soul into everything he makes - the green sauce and his habanero sauce use peppers and of course habaneros grown from his garden. everything is always hot and delicious and i have not once been underwhelmed by the amount of love and flavor he puts in all of his food

Polcanes are delicious! An excellent vegetarian option with fresh fried corn tortilla, bean, pumpkin seed meal, onion, and savory mild sauce. An stand out unique option much better than your run of the mill veggie tacos. Highly eecommended.

I loved it, I don’t even know where to start. first of all this place should be 10 stars! The food is so delicious and the owner is so nice. You can definitely tell that the chef puts love into his food. It tases like if you were at his house and he cooked for you. Delicious! Delicious Yucatan food with a very nice owner who was glad to explain the menu and make suggestions. My friend and I ordered many items so we could try a lot of different items. We ordered a panucho, a tamale, two different empanadas and tried the habanero salsa and the avocado salsa. We also had the Jamaica drink. Before tip, our excess of food only came to about $24 which was really amazing. The array of different things we got to try for the price and all the different flavors was really great and you could tell the owner was excited to share.The tamale is wrapped in banana leaves and smothered in tomato sauce, so it's very moist and flavorful. The panucho was made fresh and filled with black beans and served with pickled onions, but also with a fresh slice of avocado so it was so flavorful and fresh. Yucatan empanadas are different than any other I have had before, and are masa empanadas stuffed with meat or cheese and then deep fried so they are like corn pies instead. The cheese one was so crispy and delicious. I wasn't expecting masa empanadas because I'm used to Argentinian ones but these were so delicious, I was really happy to get these.He also makes an avocado salsa from scratch which made me very happy because avocado salsa is one of my favorite salsas. He also makes a great habanero salsa which isn't the hottest habanero salsa I've ever had, but it's so tasty and the heat can creep up on you.I am SO so glad that Portland food is getting this regional and this place is DEFINITELY worth checking out.
We tried both the chicken and pork Panuchos. The pork was so juicy compared to the chicken but both were amazing and so were the sauces they come with. The chicken salsa was spicier but I really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend this place and all the other stalls in this market.

The food presentation is beautiful full of color. Very flavorful for vegetarian dishes and not just boring like a lot of places. To top it of the person taking my order was friendly and enjoyed explaining the food to us. Would recommend highly.

Best customer service I've had in I can't remember how long; the owner walked my order to my car door and added an extra menu item for me to try which was classy. Their food was equally as amazing as their service. My new favorite taco truck, my only regret was forgetting I had a $5 bill which I'm saving for my next trip there.
