AMAZING customer service! I've been upset lately over the fact that you can't find great, friendly, helpful service anywhere (even Nordstrom!) but my experience today made me so happy. Please give this wonderful woman a raise!! She helped me out today afternoon. The ice cream selection is good. All Umpqua brand. Regular scoop is $4.75 and it's pretty large. Spacious store. Definitely going to come back again :) 4 stars because I was hoping for a bigger ice cream flavor selection and maybe some unique flavors.

Great experience! Looked for an authentic ice cream cake. Found Dairy Hill in Hillsdale. The website was easy to use. The choices were immense, and the service was superb. The cake was made on time and to my specifications. I highly recommend this company from start to finish.

The cake looks amazing and the taste was out of this world. The customer service couldn't have been better. They rescued the day, saved me tons of stress, time, and best of all made the birthday kid's day beyond special. This will be my go to destination for holidays, wedding cake recommendations, when my bestie needs a pick me up, or anytime I'm craving a treat! i cannot recommend them enough. This place is a jewel. We go weekly with out young children and get great ice cream in a wonderful, family friendly, environment. There is almost no line and there is not much hip as in salt and straw. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. We love this local business.
