First time on a food adventure in Portland in over a decade. Split the Cuban with a friend and was not disappointed. Amazing taste, texture and flavor! Would highly recommend to all vegans seeking some awesome sandos!

Hands down best French Dip sandwich I've ever had!!!! Before becoming vegan and since, I've tried French Dip sandwiches at places all over the country and Dinger's has made the top of my list! The flavor was delicious and not too salty....juicy even before dipping it into the au jus. The hoagie roll was fresh and just the right texture. The horseradish aioli added a nice little kick to it. A must go if French Dip's are your thing.

I waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich when it was ordered in advance and they said my wait was only going to be 2-3minutes. They had 2 people so it doesn't make a whole Lotta sense that it takes 2 people to ring in other orders.

AMAZING!!!!! the tastiest most delicious chz steak sandwich I have ever eaten. My girlfriend and I were visiting Portland and she had found out about this place so we were dying to try it and I am so glad we did. The soft bread, juicy yummy "steak", the peppers, the gooey "chz" utterly delicious! 11/10 would come to Portland just for this again.

How have I not reviewed dingers deli yet?!? Shame on me. You won't find a better vegan sandwich anywhere in Portland. This is THE spot. The Philly cheesesteak, Oregon grinder, Cuban, whatever. It's all good and the portions are hefty. Been here about a dozen times and I will keep coming back for more!

I've been dying to try dingers deli for so long but I live in North Portland so I'm rarely in the area and FINALLY got to try it and WOW.....I knew it'd be good but didn't realize how good. 5 stars!!!

This is some of the most satisfying, comforting food I ever had, and it's vegan! Their French Dip is delicious beyond words. The sandwich by itself is already rich and tasty, and it does come with a small cup of mushroom soup. I came back another time and had a Cuban (Sandwich), while it's not as majestic as the French Dip, it's still pretty good.Overall I really like Dingers Deli and would come back again. It's located in a food cart pod with lots of benches, half covered under a big tarp.

I might have moved to Portland specifically for the vegan food trucks, and this is the perfect example!I had a Ruben sandwich yesterday. It was my first since going vegan almost 2 years ago (do it!) and it was amazing! These guys have it figured out! F’n delicious!!!!

Great sandwiches! The Cuban is a favorite but haven't been disappointed by any of their offerings. If you're not into peppers, make sure you ask for them on the side!

I am new to being a vegetarian which has opened up a whole new world of Portland food spots that I have not tried yet... this was the very first spot I got takeout from after starting this new diet and it was delicious. I got the Cuban and my boyfriend (a huge meat eater) got the Italian sandwich and they were both amazing!! It was full of flavor and so filling, and the bread was killer (the most important part of a sandwich, in my opinion.) My boyfriend has asked to return multiple times since eating here, so vegan or not, this place is absolutely worth checking out! Thank you guys for such a great meal, especially during these difficult times.
