Went in October of 2023 with my sister when we were visiting Portland from IN. She loves Einstein but there's none where we live. It was my first time and the lady taking my order was so sweet and helpful and suggested bagel flavors that would go well with the avacado toast. I ordered the avacado toast and a chocolate cream cold brew both amazing! But the cheesy hashbrowns were the best part of my meal. Definitely recommend Einstein Bagels and this location.
A little bit of a wait to order, but patience is a virtue. However, here was not the case here. Seating arrangements are a bit weird in places of this establishment, especially when you first come in to the right. They didn't get my girlfriend's order right, and that's on me for not making sure before I left. The cashier heard exactly what I had ordered and repeated it back to me twice. I was unable to order what I wanted online. The website does not allow for the option to pick a custom selection of bagels in a box. The man at the counter was very busy but was so nice about helping me.
