If you find yourself at El Nutri Taco, at least on Woodstock, you're probably not there for the atmosphere. That said, it has some outside seating for the summer months and nice days. As for the food, I'm not going to point Mexicanos there saying that la comida es la más auténtica. The meat burritos are decent, on par for "Mexican," Tex-Mex, Chicano food in Portland. The tacos are decent too. However, what El Nutri Taco has over other taquerías in the area is the vegetarian and vegan options, and these options are pretty diverse and tasty, so if you got some vegan friends and you all want to eat at the same place, I would definitely recommend El Nutri Taco.Vegetarian options: Check out the menu, but a lot of the burritos - unless otherwise specified- are vegetarian by default and you can add a meat choice to them.
The quality of the food at El Nutri is so fresh and delicious !! I love the enchiladas and tacos and my husband loves the burritos!! The staff is so kind and the service is quick but well done!

While not my favorite vegan-friendly Mexican restaurant in Portland, I do appreciate El Nutri Taco's consistent offerings of vegan burritos & other items. I haven't visited recently, but for over a decade I've been able to get an affordably-priced meal with above-average salsa. I look forward to visiting again soon, & will update my review.

I love this place, it's my go-to! It's reliable and delicious. It's also super fast. There are a couple of tables inside (it's a small area), and a few outside. I usually get take out, or eat outside. There are lots of vegan options! My favorite is the fajita burrito with soy curls, add vegan cheese.

This place is a PDX institution. Best salsa verde in the city, decent prices, and a menu full of customizable standard (and delicious!) taqueria fare. I've been coming here for years, and I imagine I'll keep coming here indefinitely. Never change, Nutri Taco!

Love the burritos, lots of beans, veggies and jalapenos. My favorite is the super burrito with soy curls. A little kick and lots of flavor. Big enough to have leftovers or share.Besides the usual "meat" choices there's vegan options like soy curls, tofu, and potatoes. Usually pretty quick. Has an outdoor patio and indoor seating.
