Snagged some quick tacos before work and they were better than I expected. First of all THE LENGUA. I'll be back for it. Best flavored lengua I've had in awhile. A regular stop! Great food, especially the enchiladas and ground beef tacos. Cozy little place that makes you feel like you're in your abuelita's cocina. Sometimes it can take a while to get your food, but that's not really a problem especially if you call your order in ahead of time. Recommended!

This is our #1 favorite restaurant for Mexican food in SE Portland. The sauces are homemade daily. Every single dish we've tried is amazing, but our favorites are enchiladas veracruzanos con camerones, chicken enchiladas con mole (off the chain), and spinach enchiladas.
