Very fun way to eat, the food comes by and you get to choose from quite a variety of dumplings, buns, noodles, meats and veggies. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed it so much .The out of town guests were sure there's nothing else like this ! ( from Colorado) Service is friendly and not pressured . We came recently at about 11:30 on a weekday and it wasn't crowded at all, although the weekend crush is real. The food is tasty, you can get baked or steamed bao, you can request things you don't see also. The noodles look like they are just plain noodles but they are extra well flavored.

Very good lunch. I love how everything comes around in carts and you pick what you would like fresh. This also makes it so you're always getting service. Very good family style.

Soooo good! Definitely thoroughly satisfied my dim sum craving. Came right at peak dim sum time (Sunday around 11) so everything was very fresh and hot as we were served. Loved the bustling energy inside with tables full of people. Good to know parking getting really full so I'd park in the neighborhood right before the turn in. My favorite is always the ham sui gok and it was perfection - filling ratio, fry, texture all of it. I also recommend their steamed bbq pork bun and yutiao (fried donut). I think this place was better than HK cafe as well. Worth a visit!

We went on Easter Sunday to do Dim Sum. The wait was way less then we anticipated and the food was excellent, we found it to have some unique dishes that we normally don't have at Dim Sum.

By default this is the best dim sum in Portland, after having picked up the remains of Wong's King (but not shedding the awards of the former building's inhabitant). The food is solid by my standard, but if you have Chinese cousins in Vancouver or LA, they'll turn up their noses and then gobble the food up just the same. Rest in peace Ocean City

Really the best dim sum we had in Portland. Hard to find a good one that doesn't bake their pork buns (should be steamed & they do it correct here). Definitely a good spot to go to when having that itch. The only thing that sucks is the parking. Be ready to wait and pounce once someone is leaving.

I am very concerned about the "beef filling" in the beef steam rice noodle roll. It was not beef. It was a brown grey flour paste with no texture or fiber what so ever. It was not minced meat either. I wonder if if it's the fake meat/food.

I purchased Peking duck from the business and it was more than delicious. I plan to buy again very soon! Peking duck is such an iconic dish and they help maintain its popularity. Swing by when you get the time, and make sure you get the Peking duck! Haha.

All that and DIM SUM!!! Great to have good dim sum in Portland. We used to drive to Seattle to get tasty small plates.

Best dim sum in Portland! With lots of varieties and large portions, perfect seasoning-- not salty at all.

Went for "brunch" on a Sunday, the restaurant was incredibly busy. But the wait for a table was short and the service was excellent. The food was absolutely delicious! We got so many dishes to share, we had a large party celebrating a birthday. Definitely will be coming back!

Excellent Cuisine I'm not sure about the name, if they are indeed deserving of that.. come here about once a year, and each time, their food is either bland or okay came here today because I was feeling like going to a big Chinese restaurant that looked elevated or close to it, and haven't been here for a while and wanted to see if they got better/changed their chef/new chef came/or whatever and felt like some good ol' Chow Fun so here I am started out with their restroom and BOY, the door and handles need a good wiping! I mean so many fingerprints since the door is copper-like material service was good throughout, they sat me and got me the food I wanted.. I ordered four things: 1) Beef Chow Fun - executed good; tender beef.. wasn't bland but can use a little more flavor, and most-of-all wok flavor! 3/5 2) Preserved Egg and Lean Pork Rice Porridge - lots of fatty pork pieces and a good amount of diced egg, but it was super BLAND! no salt or anything added, and because I only added soy sauce afterwards, it still wasn't enough.. then added a little chili oil, and it helped 3/5 3) Siu Mai - not the best I had, but decent.. pork and shrimp was there 3/5 4) Egg Tarts - worst I had, it was SUPER OFF! tasted like when peanuts go bad type of flavor, instead of rich, buttery, fresh egg sweetness over flaky shell.. the lady asked me if I wanted to bag the last one left on the plate.. I said no 1/5

I love Dim Sum... I love it, I love it, I love it! And my favorite time to go is on Sunday mornings when the restaurant is filled with happy families spending time together. It is also when they have the most carts whizzing frenetically throughout the restaurant. Everything is hot, fresh, and ready to eat! The shu mai, xia long bao, and shrimp dumplings are amazing here. I don't know if their food is made fresh, or is premade, then frozen... but it doesn't really matter. Let's just say this restaurant is aptly named, I've always had a great experience. If you'd like to order dim sum, I'd suggest visiting with a group of three or more. It makes it easier to order a variety of dishes perfect for sharing. I went to dim sum solo once and it was just a sad experience watching all the carts go by and having to say, "no thank you."
