Stopped in for a drink for the first time while we waited for a food order. Great space and atmosphere for a casual time. Had an excellent Negroni. This place is a great addition to the neighborhood. Walkable area.

Wow, we are late to the Gilded Raccoon chill ambience, eclectic yet classy decor and wonderful wine list. Tons of French bubs, Italian reds and even Japanese whiskey and cocktails. Sliding door opens into Backyard Social which is also enjoyable spot. Light bites at GR to pair with your many vino sips. We'll be back! Highly recommend the Lambrusco and French bubbles. They have your hip orange wines/ skin contact wines so come on down.

Had so much fun celebrating my Cancer neighbor and friend at the Gilded Raccoon Wine Lounge. Good indoor/outdoor wine bar with exceptional snacks from adjoining culinary people pleaser, Backyard Social. If you like old Portland, Riot Girl vibes, creative, passionate and engaged service, woodland creatures, and wines you have never heard of, this is it. Great place for a weekday lady-date. Easy to find a table, great prices, plants, golden things, whimsey, and fun.Not pretentious. Another gem for North Portland on N. Killingsworth on the Adidas campus end near Overlook and Arbor Lodge.

We met friends for a drink here tonight and I was pleasantly surprised by what a great experience it was. The wine list is large, interesting and well-priced. You can also choose a bottle from the bottle shop and drink it there for a $15 corkage. They have light bites but you can also order from Backyard Social, the sister restaurant. I love the cozy outdoor seating area with twinkling lights and comfy seating. The owner helped us pick a bottle and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll be back!

We met friends here for a drink tonight and I was so pleasantly surprised by how awesome the experience was. We picked a bottle from the cooler and sat in the charming outdoor seating area. The wine was Spanish and really delicious and the owner helped us choose it. She seemed to be very knowledgeable. They had light knibbles but you can order from the restaurant next door, Backyard Social. I'll definitely be back!

I cannot believe I didn't know about this place sooner! A fun wine selection with plenty of different serving size options (by the glass, carafe, or bottle), and a really pleasant outdoor space.

Fun little neighborhood wine bar with nice small plates, and a simple Japanese whiskey selection.
