I've been a longtime fan of Grand Central's breads. Smaller location than others but that doesn't take away from the liveliness of the place. Sandwiches were really good and their coffee was superb.

This place continues to deteriorate. I ordered a sandwich at 1 pm. It’s now 1:51 and still no sandwich or a courtesy, follow up.

A very tight space environment. I love it. I don't mind sitting close and I don't mind being cramped. This places popular with the locals. So it's very full but come in and cram in?..if ur bringing someone w social anxiety..it's probably not the place..
This local coffee shop presents an industrial charm that perfectly complements Portland's vibe with its rough feel. I tried their potato bun roast beef, and it was incredibly hearty and satisfying. Situated in a cute, quiet neighborhood, it's the ideal spot for a leisurely Sunday morning coffee for community to The busy foot traffic and full tables the atmosphere is a true testimony for their inviting atmosphere. The place definitely carries a sense of history, adding to its allure.

The place for breakfast in Sellwood since Fatties is kaput. Eat a sandwich then take home some pastries, everything is so good.

The baked goods are usually great. Today we ordered a breakfast sandwich and a large kale salad. The salad came in a tiny 3x5 box. We ordered takeout and waited over a half hour for both items. Unless you are getting pastries from the window I’d plan for a long wait. Definitely do not recommend the kale salad.Parking: You may need to park a few streets away.

Our go-to neighborhood breakfast place. Both the espresso drinks and drip coffee are wonderful. The croissants are light, flaky and buttery. Everything we’ve tried has been great, and everyone who works there is always so nice and welcoming.
Best baked goods! I really really wish they had more vegetarian options though! Veggie sausage for breakfast options would be a great addition.

Biscuit heaven! I can't speak to any of their pastries but I can speak to their chocolate chip cookies (amazing) and biscuit sandwiches (also amazing). Great location in sellwood - there is limited seating so just be prepared to either take it to go or wait for a table! My favorite thing is going to yoga and then coming over here to grab a coffee and something fun.

Nice little cafe, great croissants! Crispy on the outside but super soft and buttery on the inside.

Outside of the fact that parking is nearly impossible, the food is worth the wait. Really will crafted pastries and breads. Definitely worthy of return.
