This establishment has a very kind spirit. Food is FANTASTIC! I had the jambalaya, catfish and the chicken wings. Loved all of it and and I know good southern cooking and this is the real deal!
I’m a truck driver from Texas I’ve had food from all the states I’ve run through and I could say without a doubt these are the best Yams, the best red beans and rice and the best Collard Greens I have ever had anywhere.

Had an opportunity to try Hank's Place today, & oh my oh my. Had the catfish, with greens & baked mac & cheese dinner. The portions are goodly! (I was only able to finish half) the price quite reasonable considering the portions and let me tell you, Ms Denise knows her cooking! Plus, she's just sweet & kind as can be. The catfish was DIVINE ! The greens sweet & tender & the Mac & Cheese was rich & delicious! Everything was really delicious & I'm full now. Thank you! I'll definitely...read full review
