Expensive but good location with multiple exits; good location for Powell’s Books and Good Coffee parking. Prices have recently increased. I went in on a holiday once in 2023 and paid a largely reduced cost, which was a pleasant surprise—there was no signage indicating reduced pricing that day. I’ve never parked for long because I don’t want to park long in this area of town, so I can’t reliably say whether or not a car is “safe.” I think it’s largely up to chance and length of time car is left unattended in a garage in this area of town.

CAUTION, Nice garage, pay terminal for the garage at Couch and 13th was equiped with a card skimmer and my card info was stolen.

This is my go-to parking location for this area of Portland. It has always seemed safe and reasonably priced. Plenty of room to maneuver. It is very large so it can be a little confusing getting back to your car if you enter the garage again from a different entrance.

I like this parking garage, my truck fits in it, its below Whole Foods, and close to lots of shops I like in this little area I like to walk in when I Portland

Very nice, spacious, and secure space for parking area. It does cover a very big under the streets and you should pay attention where you enter so that when you come back to get your vehicle.

Be advised: if you use the east entrance before 6am, you’ll have quite the adventure getting out to the street. But the parking and payment experience was great.

Spent more time looking for an entrance back in & then a pay station, than I did parking.

Don’t park here. Would do a negative review if I could. I’ve been parking here five days a week for nine months. ($360 a month) Today I accidentally left my wallet at home, I didn’t have cash so I accidentally got locked into the parking garage. I told JOY, the lady working (3pm 11/2/2022) and asked what I should do. She says to me “aren’t you the one who didn’t pay last week” (last week I forgot my wallet but had cash, paid for my parking just had to go to a different kiosk) She then proceeded to write down my license plate number and tell me I’m not allowed to park there anymore. She asked if I had anyone I could call and I told her I don’t so she said I would have to call a tow truck. She said “you must know someone with money”. The kind people behind me paid for my ticket and let me Venmo them, thank goodness! I asked joy her name and she said “you can turn me in, I know that’s what you’re gonna do”. I don’t understand why she had to be so rude she knows who I am because I’ve been parking here so long. Definitely never coming back. I’ll spend the $4,320 I would be spending on parking a year elsewhere. Also will for sure be telling all of my coworkers and people I know that use this parking garage how inconsiderate the people who run it are.

Horrible experience here. the person calling themselves JOY is concerning> Her name tag said NOBLEEN so i dont know why she lied- probably embarrassed she was giving me such a hard time for no reason. I was given a ticket in wholle foods that was already used the day before (very odd) and nobleeen said I had to pay even though I had my receipt and tons of groceries as well as my dog and am already in the exit row. backing up wouldve been dangerous for everyone in the garage as well as myself / my vehicle but she still wouldn't me through. It sucks when people dislike their jobs and take it out on everyone else. (someone else wrote a similar review about her not letting them leave the garage) PROPARK is the company that owns this garage

It’s a parking garage! Little difficult to find, but what you’d expect.

I live near this parking structure and have seen how recently they changed their tactics to prey on tourists and handicap individuals. They put up a new sign that says the lot is locked at midnight, however, they close upwards of 4 hours early. So let’s say you park to go shopping or to an event. They’ll just close early so you’re trapped without a car and forced to pay them $35 the next day. What they don’t tell you is that there’s another entrance on 13th which is always open because the lot is also in use by businesses and some apartments. However, the entrance on 13th is not handicap accessible. You must walk down the car entry and use a staircase. All the elevators are locked unless you live or work in one of the buildings with a keycard (although some of those stop working a certain hours). The main pedestrian and handicap access on couch st also closes long before midnight. If you call the management company for help, the reps aren’t even aware that they manage this property.

Are car was still there when we returned from our concert.

Stay away from this parking garage!! I would have rather walked in the rain a few more blocks. The sign says $8 weekend parking, but they charged me $11, so that was a lie.THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CASH AFTER THEY CLOSE! Card only.Terrible directions telling you how to get back into the garage after hours. I walked around the block a couple of times.Terrible directions to help you exit the parking garage.Very piss poor experience for $11 parking. Will not return. Will not recommend. Will tell others to avoid this particular garage at all costs.

I Pre paid next to the elevator. The machine didn’t give me 5us change so I called the help bottom. They had me waiting over 10minutes without a solution so I just left. And going out the parking lot I was charged again for over staying!!! I ended up paying more than double. Super disappointed. Never EVER parking there again!!!!!

There are no signs anywhere on how to walk out of this parking garage. Every door says exit, but none get you out.
