I've had Holy Trinity about a half dozen times now and I can confidently say it's the best BBQ in town. Yes, I've had others, but they don't compare. The ribs are my favorite... fall of the bone goodness. The grits are an excellent side. Can't recommend this place enough.

All I could taste when eating the pulled pork was vinegar I mean like WAY too much. They also do not wear their masks. No thank you.

This was SO GOOOOOD. We had beef ribs, pork belly, burnt ends pork belly, brisket, and the coleslaw. Beautiful flavor and tenderness. Loved the sauce and light slaw. The guys there were awesome and even complimented me on my order for it being my first time there! They recommended I try the sausage next time too but my partner and I couldn’t eat that much.

Got a sampler of pork ribs, sausage, and turkey with a coleslaw side, and it did not disappoint. The ribs are by far the best thing I had, and the turkey is a sleeper hit. I’ll definitely be back!

I'm from Texas and have high expectations for BBQ! The brisket I enjoyed at Holy Trinity while visiting Portland today exceeded those expectations! Not only was the brisket cooked to perfection, the sauce was fantastic too! Great job to Kyle and team!

Came and had lunch with a co-worker here and it was really good. Came back about 3 weeks later order the same thing Brisket, links and coleslaw...not even an hour later, I was sick as a dog and had to keep running to the restroom. I will definitely not be going here again.

Wanted to try this place as it always smells really good, but I ended up leaving empty-handed as the staff wouldn't stop their (very loud) discussion amongst themselves about something they kept calling "dog breath p*ssy". Whatever that is I hope a visit to the doctor is in the near future for the employees at Holy Trinity BBQ

I have been here at least once, and its been a long time, but that does not matter. My credentials as BBQ food expert, my wife is from Georgia so she knows BBQ, need I say more, right? I honestly do not remember the food, but if I don't remember a meal a few years ago, it must not be the best thing out there. I forgot to mention I have a Weber smoker, and have used that a few times, its so legit.
I had read good things about Holy Trinity Barbecue so decided to try some pork ribs while we were waiting for some food from a nearby cart. I was blown away. They were the best ribs I had ever eaten -- tender, juicy, flavorful, meaty, good crust. Next time we go to that food cart pod, I will head straight to the Holy Trinity.

Ok so here’s the thing. I’ve been to all the famous BBQ places in Austin Texas. Holy Trinity has got it going on. This is my favorite place to get BBQ in Portland now. SO GOOD!

The brisket was amazing as was their potato salad. I loved the quality of the BBQ along with the flavor. Make sure to get there early and try the beef ribs before they run out!The guys are very friendly and want you to enjoy your food - which it's impossible not to - and they even ask if you prefer lean or fatty meat (a first in Portland from my experience)!My friends had the pork sausage also and really enjoyed that as well. 10/10 recommend, but if you're not there early, expect a line and for items to sell out quickly.

First time here. Had the brisket sandwich. I liked it. Good bun, meat was lean as requested (I was asked if I preferred lean or fatty), and the pickles and onions on the side were a perfect match.

Good, tender, melt-in-thee-mouth Bar-Be-Que! All the pork - whether it is pulled, rib or belly solid! Brisket good and tender as well Good Potato Salad.. a bit vinegary pickles are solid from Dill City.. shout out to them! Great service Definitely hit the Master Stomach's spot as it wanted bbq!
