The employees had attitudes from the moment I heard them on the intercom at the drive-thru and all the way through them giving me my meal and my change the bad attitude that affected me the rest of the night

Food was hot only thing they got right. Then tried to charge again after called out about it. Hispanic ladies behind counter made fun in Spanish (assuming incorrectly I don't speak it) and then lied outright to cover the fact that they didn't take our order correctly. This was the last time. We and the moda center are officially done with Jack in the box On 9th and Powell. Worst experience ever

Why not change the hours on the door if you don’t want to open?It clearly says dining room opens at 6am however any time you come here at 8am the doors are always locked and you have to stand outside for 10-15mins before anyone notices……

Don't recomended this location. With errors, you can never call because they will not answer, and they are slow for fast food. They are severely lacking in every department in which makes them fast food. This is hard to write as I am a lifelong fan of jack in the box. Don't waste your time with this location as it should be stripped of its name.

This jack in da box has always botched up my order and has never had its dine in open...you can tell the staff hate their life's...and working this job just to get by....
The lobby is never open and they never answer calls. Filing a corporate complaint I hope this location shuts down and they all lose their jobs. Useless!!!!
Ordered the 5pc chicken strip and added curly fries andè super-sized that bad boy! Heck it was 2:30 am I had no choice!! Anyway the food was perfect! Hot, fresh and quick! Drive thru dude was great! He even threw in an extra dipping sauce! The cost for that early morning pit stop?? $15.59 good thing it hit the spot!!!
