I have had some pretty bad experiences at fast food restaurants. But the experience I had at this Jack In The Box was by far the worst. I placed my order. A #2, 2 tacos and a Supreme croissant. The person taking the order then said pull forward. I knew better than to pull forward without making sure my order was correct. So, I repeated it back to him (even though he should have repeated my order back to me). The first time I repeated it he said he could barely hear me. So, I leaned further out the window and spoke a little more loudly. After I finished repeating my very simple order all he said was "ok". Which irritated me but I pulled forward anyway. He never told me my total. I hand him my card and he hands me my receipt. It was $27.00 and I knew that wasn't right. So, my girlfriend checks it and they charged me $7.99 for a double jack that I did not order. I tell the guy the issue. And he tells me that is what I ordered. I told him no I did not. I repeated it back to you multiple time's. He stomps of and the manager tells me they don't do refunds but she will gladly give me another item off the menu. Frustrated and irritated at this point I tell her to give me another double jack. They hand me my food and I drive home. Open the bag.... and they gave me 2 double Jack's. But not the burger from my #2 meal. So, I got 2 burgers that I didn't order. And not the burger I wanted. Not to mention while waiting at the window a rat the size of a small cat ran out from under the building. That cashier was an A hole I will admit the manager was able to calm me down. But they screwed up my order 2x. I will never go to this location again. Terrible experience. I was basically robbed by them....

Please look at pictures closelyHello, this afternoon for lunch and order a number number 6 cheeseburger jumbo jack weird taste. Can someone verify with me if this is actually beef? Because I’m having seconds thoughts my mind is starting to see little different things. My fry’s looked different thought they were only salted quit salt. I had a bad stomach aches after I took.

They say the dinning room hours but it’s never open to walk in service if it’s open then open it if not don’t have dinning room hours on there or to say use front door when they are open get it together

Guy with beard and beanie said “good for you” and stormed off when I came in and said I had an order for pick up. Leaving me waiting awkwardly until another employee came and talked to me. Atrocious.

This is by far the worst food place I’ve ever eaten at. The food hurt my stomach so bad I was throwing it up later. Won’t eat here again and don’t recommend anybody eat here.

I am a big fan of the ultimate cheese burger and this is the only reason that I stop at this Jack in the box. This Friday 2/23/24 I went to buy some food and a white tall guy in the drive tru must be living a very miserable life to behave the way he did with me and my family. This guy had the worst manners, very rude. I know we all go thru hard things in life but there is no need to be rude to any human. My order was a mess. It does not matter now if he is there or not I just know I am never going back to Jack in the Box.

I come here often Just wanted 2 tacos. Was greeted and then there was a silence for about 2-3 minutes. Finally, I was asked for my order and asked for two tacos. Was told to pull around to the second window which I did but there was someone in front of me waiting for their order. It took a total of about 5 minutes to get my two tacos. They were very under par for Jack-in-the-Box with barely any filling but a lot of sauce. Also, they were delivered upside down in the sack. :(

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! Not only was I PHYSICALLY harassed by a group of people while waiting in the drive thru, they surrounded my car, yelling and screaming, coming up to my window. The people at the window were completely unconcerned about the matter, dismissing me and then got my order completely wrong. I gave them my receipt, offered to literally show them the bags I just got and they just continued to dismiss me and ask if I ACTUALLY looked in the bags. Got home after having to already circle around from the wrong items and the stress of getting harassed and traumatized in their drive thru, then found out that they purposely put FRIES in our SANDWICH BAGS. We never got our sandwiches cause why would we think to open up the SANDWICH bags to actually check they had SANDWICHES????? You can't even call and report anything. No one will answer the phone and no one will ever get back to you thru online feedback. Absolutely HORRID experiences!
