Just want to leave this review because after seeing how many people give this shop bad reviews because they are vegan is insane! It’s like going to chic-fil-a and being pissed they don’t have burgers. Try something new! Blend some non-dairy options! Stop leaving bad reviews because they don’t have cows milk.

I've gotten coffee here a couple dozen times. The coffee is good and I've never had an issue getting a coffee warm up on my little cortado. I always tip and usually buy a sandwich as well, but today when I added a spash of coffee to warm up my cortado, I was yelled at by the barista that "coffee isn't free!" and I would need to pay for at least an 8oz coffee to cover the cost of the 2 oz warm-up. To be so mean and stingy to a regular customer really caught me off guard and I don't think I'll ever go back.

First time here, just needed a place to work for a few hours. Great atmosphere, great coffee, and I was impressed by the vegan egg sandwich, not having had vegan eggs before. The actually went light on the chocolate in my mocha as well, delicious.Vegetarian options: This is an all vegan shop

The oasis in the middle of a vegan food desert!! I’m so so grateful for this cafe after having moved to East Portland and feeling away from all things delicious. The breakfast sandwiches are my favorite, the coffee is fantastic (especially the mochas), and the pastries are all spot on. The atmosphere is lovely as well with lots of space, natural light, and plants. I will continue supporting this cafe because I hope they never leave!!

So I’m not vegan but I LOVE their breakfast sandwich. Literally my favorite breakfast sandwich, with the peppers. The bread, the dill mayo, it’s all so good. Also the matcha with lavender syrup is my favorite.
