My husband and I stopped at this food truck pod for a bite to eat after a long day. It was cold out and let me tell you, the warm food hit the spot. The ribs were huge and I got five with my order. They don’t skimp on portions! The plates also come with a sizeable cornbread muffin (or roll if you prefer). All this for only ~$15/person. Giving this three stars because I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt they didnt mean to give us a chicken sandwich with a bone in chicken thigh. If they did, that’s absolutely insane. If they didn’t, mistakes happen and they were very nice. But like, this was a full on, bone in chicken thigh we bit into.

Tim has excellent service and great food.The barbecue sauce had authentic Tangy Louisiana flavor. The collard greens were sweated and smoky and delicious. Mac isn’t overly Salty and compliments the flavor of the savory Barbecue. Ribs fall off the bone and the brisket has a beautiful smoke ring around it where you know it’s done right.Authentic Barbecue experience great service a great guy and great food.
