I would describe the service as ambivalent. You are forced to add gratuity on the app prior to the dine in service.Dietary restrictions: They offer a number of gluten free items.

Exceptionally good food. Portions are big, and if you ask for spicy they'll do it right.

Kati is easily my favourite and go to Thai food in the city. I believe a majority of their dishes are vegan but it looks like you could add egg as an addition to some of the dishes. Service was great even if it was full. You can also order through a QR code which makes everything easier and faster. Updated from previous review on 2024-02-26

KaTi is easily my favorite Thai restaurant, & is also in my top five restaurants in general in Portland. While they do offer the option to add eggs to some dishes, the rest of their menu is vegan. I appreciate the flavorful, diverse options as well as the fact I don't have to question whether there are "hidden" ingredients such as fish sauce, oyster sauce, shrimp paste, etc. in their offerings. Thank you for being badass, KaTi! I wish I lived closer, but thankfully can order for delivery & occasionally visit the restaurant.

I’ve had several dishes from both the SE Division in Portland and the South Lake Union location in Seattle. Both offer consistently great food.I highly recommend the Drunken Noodle. Wide rice noodle with baby corn, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and Thai basil in a garlic sauce. Delicious ?From my experience they tend to go spicier than I am accustomed to. Be forewarned.

Stopped in with my partner for some dinner. Heard lots of good things about this place so I wanted to try it out.For one, they gave us old water that had been sitting out on the table for God knows how long. Second the food was extremely basic. Very little flavor and too salty. Options were nothing special. Very typical Thai options. I was really looking forward to some good Vegan spice to the dish but there was none. There were no extra sauces or toppings provided on the table either. So it was dry and salty. Also they seem to pay extra attention to their white patrons and ignore POC. My partner could not get the attention of the waitresses to get a to-go box so they had to grab it themselves. For a slow Tuesday night, that's ridiculous.Won't be returning. Esan Thai across the street is better.

Cozy little restaurant with a very modern family style feel. Order through an app at the table for ease of ordering. Well marked for gluten free offerings. Very quick turn around on food that was made to order. There was a mistake on my order that i wasn't even going to mention (soft tofu vs crispy fried) but the waitress brought a replacement plate out without prompting. The food was delicious with generous portions and the service was above and beyond. Would definitely recommend and return.

Food was fantastic. Definitely go for the food. But my gripe is placing the order of the food. Oh boy it was a pain in the butt. You ll need to scan the menu barcode with your phone which takes you to their website order page and you shop and select the items to add in the checkout basket. When I was ready to pay, I selected my Apple Pay. But some reason it wasn't working. So I selected the credit/ debit payment option but it wasn't processing. So I started over the entire process. Then I selected the debit/ credit card option and I still had difficulty with the processing the payment. So I started the entire process over and apparently, third time is the charm. But I did noticed, the tip feature starts at 20% but they do provide the option to manually enter the amount. After the whole ordeal and no customer service by having me place the order, I didn't feel right about giving 20% tip. So I left a lower %. Then I thought about ordering a drink. Once again, I would need to place the order. The thought of it made me cringe and I decided to void it all together.

Good food. Not the best Thai food I've had but I'd definitely eat there again. I don't like that you order by scanning a QR code and do it all online. The whole reason you go out for dinner is to be waited on/served. Food came out quickly and hot. Nobody checked on us after they delivered the food.
