The yakisoba was extremely salty and the beef was way too much of the edamame flavor. The portion made it most definitely seem like it was quantity over quality. The one saving grace was cheep potstickers

The teriyaki chicken burrito is amazing. One of my favorite meals around! The staff is always so friendly and is very professional when dealing with the lunch rush.I highly recommended this cart and the teriyaki chicken burrito. 10/10!

Unbelievable food, the bulgogi beef burrito (add kimchi) is amazing. Owners are really nice as well and you can tell they care about the food they put out! Checking in with them anytime I’m in the area!

It was surprisingly not that busy on a Saturday evening, I think I got lucky coming before the dinner rush. After ordering they were still making the beef so I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be ready. There were things to check out around the area so the time went by pretty quickly. Rice Bowl with Beef 8.5/10 - I was hungry at the time of this meal so opening that box was like opening treasure. It was very tasty and I ate it all really quickly, but I wish there had been more kimchi. With the amount that was given, it seems like a no brainer to go with the 2 potstickers. Although, I would definitely get this again if I ever come back. Potstickers 9/10 - I also got the 5 potstickers on the side, and these really also really good. They were crunchy on the outside but soft in the inside. I don't think I'd get this on the side again but it was good!

Probably one of the more budget friendly carts in the Hawthorne asylum area. And I was quite impressed from the portions to how much I enjoyed it! I would definitely come back again. It tasted excellent and it’s 100% worth the value. I got the burrito bowl and a taco with the spicy and teriyaki chicken for meat. If you like sweet, teriyaki may be your thing. Spicy chicken wasnt too spicy at all but I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor and preferred this meat choice.I also dropped a taco and would’ve been able to salvage the meat as it never touched the ground. But the cashier right away offered to replace the whole taco and recreate the experience from the top again. Great customer service! Would recommend this cart for sure.

This is either a hobby business or these guys have never had any kind of jobs before. I love their food, but their hours are completely ridiculously unreliable. 4/5 times I park the car to come here they're either closed for no reason or out of everything. Don't waste your time...there's better options with reliable hours.

Easily in the top 3 places to eat in all of Portland. The beef is juicy and savory, and melts in your mouth. The pork… mwuah. Delicious. Can’t go wrong with the chicken either. The side salad hits, and the potstickers are always a delightful side. Can’t beat prices and the staff is always kind. Thank you Korean twist!

I had a tofu burrito with rice, purple cabbage, bean sprouts, lettuce, and gochujang. The tofu was nicely done. They were able to answer which ingredients were/weren’t vegetarian (e.g. the kimchi has shrimp in it). Would come back.

Got the Spicy Chicken Burrito with Kimchi (no cilantro) and literally I think it was the best thing I’ve ever eaten. I will have dreams about eating that burrito for the rest of my life.

The rice bowl came recommended by the guy at the window and wow was he right! Spicy chicken is very good.

I asked this guy what he was eating and pointed at Korean twist and said the chicken teriyaki burrito. For $9 I had the best of the best experience. So many flavors in a burrito and texture. Super satisfying. Will be back.

Bulgogi tacos were super flavorful, sweet and spicy and a great deal for $2.50 each. The cook was friendly and offered extra toppings at no charge. The rice bowl was huge! We ordered it with spicy pork and couldn't finish it, the sides were slightly above average, a couple pot stickers and cabbage salad. But for the money this place is a great value.
