The best Chinese food in the city! I will drive the 10 miles, past a half dozen other Chinese restaurants, to Kwang Chow, for the fried shrimp alone. 15 jumbo prawns deep fried to perfection. It’s really the best old school style. They don’t go for experimentation and asian “fusion” whatever that is. They just make the most delicious straight forward classic Chinese food, I’ll say it again, in the whole PDX.Parking: Easy parking decent size lot.
This was the absolute best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The tempura on the shrimp and sweet and sour chicken was perfectly done, best ever. The food didn’t taste cross contaminated like most places that deep fry, and the egg roll was crispy on the outside and the inside was soft, and the bbq pork was real and tasted amazing. I would come back anytime for sure!

We got there right before the dinner rush. Service was exceptional, the food was a bit bland but plenty of it,we took some home...tried the poke machines with no luck. Didn't get too busy and it was relaxing for our first time...
