Welcome to Tijuana.you have just crossed into Mexico and they gots stuff to sell you.if your not comforatable with there culture don't bother. If your adventurous mind sez let's go shopping for good deals and some south of the border cuisine.Its worth the time cause they like to heckle and barter but all said and done I have not had one bad experience in over 15 years .If you go about it the rite way there is hidden treasures to keep one hooked on the weekend sales
