Ordered the Beyond Excited! And I actually was beyond excited after taking the first bite. The veggies were very crispy and fresh. Salmon was the perfect texture. The seaweed wasn't soggy like some places I've been, nor was the burroto itself. Highly recommend, and will be back to try other burritos.The gentleman who took my order was very friendly as well, and order was ready in about 5 minutes.

It can be a little heavy on filler ingredients where I feel like I'm paying a lot for fancy cucumber.But other than that, it is very good and it's always been very friendly.Parking: It's easy to find parking usually, sometimes people use it to go into nearby businesses, which can be problematic when busy.

Got the Excited poke bowl and everything tasted slightly bitter. ? The seaweed salad was brownish ?. I was craving poke so I'm pretty disappointed that it was so unappetizing that I couldn't finish it.

Spam musubi is so good here, the people are always so nice here. I’ve lived within walking distance for a few years now. There was one night that I was having really bad burnout, and all I wanted was the spam musubi. Unfortunately when I got there, I was told they didn’t have any more, I just got a Coke and left. I think the guy running the truck that day saw that it made me a little sad and while I was trying to find something else to eat, he brought out a version of what I was hoping for to take home. This warmed my heart and made me so happy, this is why I also continue to come back to them.Dietary restrictions: Very good with gluten-free options

Hubs and I have been coming here for a very long time and I'm deeply ashamed I've never posted a review. We live for the Vegan bowl, it is so delicious, it has a few different components and guess what, it's always on point!! Their salsa is a perfect brunoise! It is never sloppy, the tempura asparagus is always perfectly crispy, we've been coming for several years now and it's always perfect!! The masubi is also great, everything is great. This food cart pod has had lots of turnover over the years but this one has been a constant.

We appreciated the vegan options! We had the very vegan burrito, the tofu musubi, and the lotus chips. It was more than enough food for two people. Our favorite item was the musubi; the textures and flavors were really nice with the chewy nori and rice and the crispy tempura breading on the tofu. The burrito and lotus chips were good, but I'd try the tempura burrito next time.

I am more than impressed and pleased with my order, the service was kind and friendly. I asked for a couple of substitutions and an extra and did not get charged. Thats a big deal in my book. I had the most delicious Over the Rainbow salad, with seaweed (outstanding), guac (phenomenal). Great portion, decent cost. The sauce is so yummy, spicy and teri. To top it off this truck came to my work and the line was not very long. Which is a huge benefit when ordering during my lunch break.

This place is SO GOOD! I discovered Let's Roll while at Pickathon this year and have been in love since. Everything that I've tried has been fantastic, especially the Poke bowls. Their seafood is great quality and tastes super fresh - I really love the Tombu Tuna. I haven't had one of the actual sushi burritos, but I'm sure they are fantastic. The vegetarian poke is really fun, the dressing on it is delicious and the tofu is a fantastic texture. Can't wait to return soon!

I used to eat here regularly but now the pricing has increased over 30% and I can understand inflation but this seems almost outregous for the margins of some things. Probably won't be eating here anytime soon but it's still pretty good.

Arrogant to customers and faults Door Dash delivery drivers as if it's their fault that Door Dash has scheduled orders in a way not to their liking. The owner says your order will be ready in 5 minutes and then says it's not his problem after handing the food to the delivery driver. The whole 13 minutes involved preparing 6 orders simultaneously while the delivery driver waits and a rude comment as delivery driver leaves.Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair can't access the rickety built steps.
