Awesome pinoy food. I love the spaghetti ? better than Jollibee. The best dishes to represent filipino food. The only place in portland thar has soft serve UBE ice cream. OMG. Simply delicious.

Never knew about this Filipino food cart, but I’m so glad that I discovered it!! The spaghetti reminded me of Jollibee’s spaghetti. I also got the ube ice cream. Both were a 10/10! Staff was super friendly as well. Will be coming back to try the other dishes they serve. Salamat!!

My dad and I love this food cart! He bonds with the owner speaking Tagalog and it is nice to meet other Filipinos in the Portland area. The food is pretty good and easily affordable. The portions are filling as well. The chicken is super yummy and the halo halo tastes so good on a hot day. Definitely worth a try!

The food in here has captured the essence of authentic Filipino food plus the service itself is above and beyond

I’ve been craving for Filipino sweet spaghetti and I found this place on Uber Eats. The portion was bigger than I expected, there was enough sauce ratio, and it was also very tasty.

I love any great food, especially handmade "Asian" food and since I thought this cart looked interesting I decided to give it a try with the adobo fried rice. I have had better(and much less expensive!) fried rice from Trader Joe's! The rice had very little flavor, the "adobo" very salty without much other flavors, and the veggies, of which there was few, tasted flavorless and fromfrozen. The couple of potstickers I had also tasted blah and not house made. The gentleman who served me was nice- the only reason that I gave 1 star. Sorry! I'll not be back.

Ordered Lumpia. No meat or sweet potatoes as advertised. Cabbage and plain potatoes. Tasteless and boring. Did not eat after two bites.

This review is only for halo halo. The food choices at this cart looked yummy, authentic, and affordable. Food cart in the newish Eastport pod (just west of 82nd), besides decent street parking (very restricted & limited), this pod has varied and excellent cuisine choices. We've tried halo halo in almost 10 different spots in PDX, SEA, and Vegas and every place is different. I'd rate this place highly simply cuz the large amount of ube soft-serve atop this dessert. Slightly downgraded due to too much crushed ice and not enough fruits & gels in the bottom of the drink. Still, good amount of sweetness and the drink overall is a good size; plentiful enough for 2 to share. The cart owner/chef is also one of the nicest, friendliest food guys I've come across. I'm looking forward to trying his hot dishes (as well as other offerings in this pod)!

The guy who runs the business seems very happy. We ordered halo halo for $10. He told us that it is 30 oz. There is no discount for paying with cash and they don't charge service fee for credit card.Instead of getting taro ice cream, we got taro soft served. It was fine and is definitely easier to eat. The only complain I have is that the filling is much less than other places. There was no exotic fruit pieces or coconut strips. And I can't tell if there was red bean at all.

“Totoong lutong bahay” (translates to “real home cooking”)Real deal Filipino carinderia and a perfect place for lunch. I had the #12 Sisig Especial, which is no frills and just right. I wish it was paired with lumpia instead of the fried gyoza but all goes down the same.
