The pizza I had was alright! I had the only vegan option, so I can’t speak on the other varieties they offer! But, the older woman who took my order and brought it out was in a very dreary mood. Despite her seeing me when I walked in and up to the counter, I had to greet her first before she verbally acknowledged me. I saw her energy remain the same with others as well. I can’t speak on other staff members, but this person’s service in particular was a bit of a turn off •_•Location is alright. On the edge of 23rd, near the freeway, so lots of cars driving by. If you are going with a group though, I think it’d be alright and the traffic wouldn’t be that noticeable!

This pizza spot gotta be my favorite to come back, too! All of the pizzas on the menu are worth trying. The salads hit the spot, and the fried ravioli was amazing! The one thing I wish would be different is the wait on the pizza. Usually, every time I visit, the wait can range from 35 mins to an hour on the wait for the pizza (came here about 5 times) I'd recommend to grab a salad or small dish to keep you happy on the wait. Pizza wait if worth it once it's out though!

It is not ok for a restaurant to expect their guests to bus their own tables. That task is part of the job description of the service staff. This ineffective strategy coupled with keeping staffing levels to the absolute minimum contributed to long wait times to place and receive orders. In addition to guests not returning, Life of Pie is also losing business due to that same single staff member shutting down the restaurant early because they can't handle the extra orders. Either hire more staff or convert your business to a food truck because when you take away the seating, that is what Life of Pie is.

The kale salad was delicious. Margarita pizza was good. I don't live close so I wouldn't drive here if I didn't live in the area. But if I happen to be in the area I would definitely come back.

Pizza was fine. Pretty awful place to go if you’re not a big party. Forced to move off two 2 tops put together into very uncomfortable seating. They wouldn’t even consider moving them apart. All groups of 2 are forced away from windows or into the middle of groups. Obviously value money over experience, ruined our experience. Notice the same occur to others. Very anti-pair.
