They are not using disposable chopsticks but reusable ones. Prices can be a little lower I wish for the food quality?

Got the pandan Vietnamese waffle and it was everything I hoped it would be. Perfect amount of flavor with coconut flakes and the texture was chewy almost like mochi. I would highly recommend that and the sugar cane drink! Can’t wait to go back and try more

Lotus Kitchen helped provide banh mi and salad rolls for our wedding, and we and our guests couldn't have been happier. The food was absolutely delicious, beautiful, ready promptly, and a great bargain. Tony and his staff are so generous and kind. We had guests telling is it was the best food at a wedding they had ever had. Lotus Kitchen really is one of the best places to get Vietnamese for an event.

Am I outta my mind? Red flags set off when I noticed that it was inside a dingy supermarket but I ignored them because we were desperate. The banh mi sandwiches were left in the open. There were about 3 dat biet, 1 pork ones, it looked pretty empty and there's no label as to when it was made. ...God knows how long they've been out there. The expiration date is in seven days? Are you freaking kidding me? I wouldn't dare eat it because it might send me to the hospital. So, I gave it to my SO and kid. Well, they wanted sandwiches. I got summer rolls at the restaurant next door. I asked them how it was. They said it was a 2/5. They said the bread was old. S.O said with 22 reviews, the rating may not be reliable. So I'm adding my honest opinion.

Your Banh mi used to be sooo good. The banh mi dac biet the last few times I've gotten it doesn't have enough pate and the Mayo isn't the original anymore it tastes like normal Mayo. Less cha Lua too and the bread isn't as light and airy

I came here because I saw pandan waffles, 3 for $5! This place is actually inside of Hong Phat, the supermarket. There's a lot of premade meals, but I only picked up the waffles. Although cold, they're super chewy and had plenty of pandan flavor; I'm really impressed! Definitely recommend, and throw them into the toaster oven perhaps for even more deliciousness.

I came here because I saw pandan waffles, 3 for $5! This place is actually inside of Hong Phat, the supermarket. There's a lot of premade meals, and I picked up fresh shrimp and tofu rolls (they also had shrimp & pork and just pork) as well as rolls with a medley of stuff inside of them (banh trang cuon). Although cold, the waffles were super chewy and had plenty of pandan flavor; I'm really impressed! Definitely recommend, and throw them into the toaster oven for even more deliciousness. The fresh rolls were really fresh although the banh trang cuon was a bit dry. Prices are okay, the two shrimp & tofu rolls along with peanut sauce were $5.5 and the other ones were the same price.

Love treating myself with the yummy food and drink selection. Hits the spot every time. I recommend the sugarcane drink and avocado smoothie! It’s definitely a must when conveniently inside my go-to Asian supermarket.
