Lively, but limited selection at lunchtime. I was dreaming of crab noodles, which were only on an evening menu.

Was beyond impressed with the impeccable experience at Magna Kusina. I brought my mom and aunt for my mom's birthday dinner. Every point of communication was flawless and genuine. We had Megan as our server and she was the sweetest, most hospitable and had a great working knowledge of Filipino food. My family is Filipino and can be fussy about hospitality and food and she exceeded anything I could have imagined. I didn't realize MK was a James Beard award winner and I can see it after visiting. We even had a gentleman help us with t-shirts, and just the sweetest. It's such a warm and charming atmosphere and you feel nothing but amazing personalities during the visit. The fresh lumpia was my favorite dish hitting so many bright notes. We tried a little of everything and while different than many of our family recipes, everything was well thought out and delectable! I was afraid to try the bibingka, because I love my grandmother's recipe so much, but it was next level yummy! Such a special restaurant that created so many great memories for my family. Thank you MK!!!!

Incredible food, incredible concept. Never try Filipino food before so I didn’t now what to order and they drive me trough the experience really well. The service in this place it’s amazing, they answer every single of my questions. I definitely gonna come back to this place. The thing that I like the most about the place it’s that every single time I talk to one of the employees I felt like I was talking to the owner of the place. Their energy and passion for what they do was evident. Very well deserved 5 stars!

If you're interested in a Filipino food experience that you will not soon forget, you have to check this place out. It's small but has seating both inside and out. The vibe is peppy and the food is absolutely excellent. There's a limited lunch menu, but we got 4 things and we're delighted with our choices. Probably the best Lumpia I've ever had! I've included some photos of our food and a screenshot of the lunch menu from their IG. We had the first three things and the chicken 2nd from the bottom. All terrific!

Such a lively and fun place. The vibe is great. We've been here twice and sat at the hightable/bar facing the kitchen. The food is rich and delicious.

Had a solid meal, nothing out of this world. I would return. I was expecting the dishes to be served paced as the menu was separated into different categories. Instead everything was served at once. With dishes such as a soup, I personally prefer some pacing so I am eating the dishes at the correct temperature. The only dish we didn’t like was the vegetable special. Things felt rushed. Staff was all friendly and accommodating.

I don't normally walk out of a place and immediately leave a review, and I don't walk out of a place as politely but as quickly as possible to reminisce about a meal but here we are. I don't need to describe it bc it's been done a ton, but that special with the sinigang is special for a reason and is amazing ended with rice. Go here and see the James beard award on the wall and then go "yea that makes sense." And if u go, order a Calamansi Shandy, even if it's not on the menu. And if it is, you're welcome guys.
