Went thru drive thru, and they Messed up about 60% of our order, and that's not including the part where we were completely miasing a couple items. Not cool. Plus the cashier lady was so pushy, and treated us as if we were an Inconvenience to her at almost 1 in the morning. Most frustrating part was we ordered A grilled chicken sandwich, and seen on the receipt it said a McCrispy so we double checked by pointing out the mistake on the receipt and the woman responded with " well i know its definitely grilled , I put it in the bag myself" . But upon getting home and opening the box, the sandwich was ... GO FIGURE, a MCCRISPY, Definitely not grilled ? Not impressed, considering we spend 48$ for our order. DO BETTER MCDONALD'S. Really.

Which Mc D's location seems to be your favorite? I'm curious in your opinion, which location seems to be the cleanest, fastest, but also important to not compromise on the quality of food. I suppose where someone lives could also change how frequently a location is visited or liked for convenience?This particular Mc D's has always had stellar customer service, so far haven't had someone be rude to me yet. Usually I prefer the drive though, but this particular time I went inside with a friend for drinks plus an Oreo Flurry. Upon ordering through the kiosk we def looked like newbs heh, seemed to take us longer. Once we finished our receipt didn't print, but we paid at the register regardless. Without ordering any food I feel like the bevs shouldn't have taken as long in general, but the flurry took almost the same amount of time. I'm not sure dine-in customers should have to wait longer than drive through, were put up sooner than the flurry to be put with the rest of our order, but the good news is that at least it was consistent in how delicious I expected to be. We can all hope, and aim for the food to be hot, fresh, and readily available according to the "fast food joint," motto

The only time I go to McDonald's is if my 16 yr old son wants to. Or if I'm having a craving for one of their ice cream cones. Other than that I'm always disappointed. Since reopening after the pandemic I noticed their burgers shrank as well as their cones. This is so sad due to the fact that the owners of some of these franchises should be able to pick up the slack. Yes they lost money during covid but insurance should have covered that. This city is the greediest city I have ever known.

The woman manager with gray hair has been rude every time ive seen her through the drive through. You can hear her speaking badly to the other workers and she just shoves the food and drinks out of the window without saying a word, even after me saying thank you twice. You can definitely tell she hates her job. Oh! And the food was all cold.

I came through the drive through this morning while no one was in line, and waited for about 20 minutes while cars came in off the in the second lane and were served before my family when we were here first. When I asked what was going on, the older gentleman on the other end of the microphone said “I have a simple response to you: I was told to walk away and go do something else, so I don’t want to hear it” I wasn’t served in order, and the person had a not so friendly attitude so I left. Reported to corporate and the store. I’ve worked in service industry a long time and this shouldn’t have happened. Store should have handled that better.

Ordered a double 1/4 pounder with cheese. Received a single patty cheese burger instead. Large fries was 2/3rds full. Gave me 3 little ketchup packets for a large fry. Super let down.
