Love the McM chain of bars. I've been to a few now with my two trips to Portland. Always friendly bar service and good selection of beers in a comfortable setting.

Beautiful pub with gorgeous decor. Stopped in for drinks. Had one of the best old-fashions I've had in a while. Bartender, she was great with a nice smile. Definitely be back again for dinner.

Great for family dine in during Happy hour and after hospital appointments. It's quite homey. The table booths are great and the lounge areas are good too.Dietary restrictions: Not dietary restrictions BUT accomodations are great. I ask politely all the time for jalapenos to be cooked with my burger. Staff and cook very nice doing that.Parking: It's a risk taker. If you can find free parking that's great. But there is a pay for street parking everywhere eversince 2022.Kid-friendliness: Live here with family. Been bringing kiddo since pea in a pod. The staff is kind because we always come when it's really not busy.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the corner on 23rd so it's hidden in plain site. I believe it's part of a apartment complex.

Used to live this place. First of all it was cold in there. Second, the service was not welcoming. Scooby snack was burnt.

The bar was really limited, and the food was subpar. Waiter was really nice. Ambience was nice.
Came in 12/27/23. After 20 minutes of no service or eye contact, I set an alarm for 10 more minutes. Needless to say, 30 minutes went by, alarm went off, I walked out. It’s ok. I’m not mad.

This was THE best experience I've had at a McMenamins hands down. I was almost reluctant to go to my friend's suggestion of a McMenamins since I've had subpar experiences at many locations in the past, however, Nate made this night perfect. We were able to choose our own seats, and so we chose a comfy little corner with a tiny little table. It was just wide enough to fit our drinks and apps. We settled in for (almost 5 hours??) of wonderful service, food, drinks, and crochet. The ambience was very fitting for a cozy, rainy winter evening of good times with good people. If you are lucky enough to visit on a night when Nate is working, congratulations! 10/10 (:

Went there needing something for a good price, and with protein, as I was about to pass out from lack of energy. Was seated very quickly, ordered the Gyro with chicken (including adjustments) and a ginger beer with bitters. My friend got a bacon cheeseburger. Everything was delicious, the food came out very quickly and was exactly as ordered. The waitress (whose name I am forgetting) was courteous and friendly, and even answered my rather stupid questions in good humor. The ambience is very unique as well. It gives off the early 1900's vibe with some updated decor, and it wasn't too loud for conversations. Would very much recommend.

Ordered pick up chicken stripS. Plural. They gave me 11 tots and 1 small strip. No sauce. There was no one at the host stand for 10+ min when I went to pick up, so food was cold by the time I got it. Truly the worst go somewhere else. Might I also add it’s my birthday I just wanted to enjoy some chicken strips….
