I visited this place with my husband and son, the experience was unpleasant. To begin with, the menu had no prices, we ordered 2 raspados for which we paid 37.00 dlls. We waited for 40 minutes to receive our order, what we received was something that looked like a huge volcano, it is actually shaved ice with a scoop of ice cream, syrup in front and some slices of fruit. Paying that much for ice and some fruit is just ridiculous. We definitely won't be back, but my recommendation is to consider a shave ice for 3 people.

$10.50 for a bowl that looks like someone got to it before me lol

The only board for viewing the menu had no prices, not thinking about this we preferred a shaved ice which came out to $17.50…. i was fine with this price hoping it would be filled with fresh fruits and creams, to my dissatisfaction it was one full strawberry cut and half a mango sliced with a very small amount of cream. Not worth the $17.50 let alone $7, the drinks on the other hand were delicious and would get again

The pricing at this place is insane. 17.50 for shaved ice that only has syrup maybe 1/3 of the way through. The prices aren’t even listed on the menu, and paying that much for ice and a few slices of fruit is just ridiculous.

I really hate leaving one star reviews, I feel like most of the ones I read are just people exaggerating or being over dramatic, but the experience I had at Meet Fresh today was just miserable. It was an hour and twenty minute wait for our order to be made, the orders were filled in a seemingly random order and also not with all parts at the same time (so even when we finally got the first of our two items, it was another twenty minutes before the second one came out, with several other people served in between), and the completely random order and lack of communication made it impossible to guess how much longer we had to wait. 80 minutes for a milk tea and a shaved ice feels kind of wild to me, and there were other people who had already ordered before we entered and still didn't have their food or drinks by the time we left. I would be willing to give a higher review if the food was at least good after the enormous wait, but to our dismay, it was the single worst milk tea I've ever had (we threw it away after neither me, my wife, nor my friend thought it was even palatable) and the shaved ice was a 2/5 at best (the ice cream was the only good part about it). Nothing looked or tasted as described; I wondered if we even got the right items. If I had to give any part of the experience a positive review, it would be that the woman behind the counter was working extremely fast and hard to get orders out as fast as she could; the slowness was not in any way her fault. They just don't seem to have any sort of good system in place for handling a high volume of orders, or tracking a large number of tickets. I heard plenty of commentary from other people around us who were experiencing the same concerns. I cannot recommend this location for anything and regret giving it a chance at all, especially after paying $25 for two relatively small items.

I waited an hour for a boba drink and shaved ice. It was okay. Not great. It wasn't worth the wait or the price. Heavy use of red beans and barely any actual boba.

I would give my experience a 0 star if possible. I ordered at 4 pm and got my food at 5:05 The service was beyond slow. The people waiting were all very inpatient as well. I’ve never seen a place so big but only have 2 staff and they were doing their best. Really unacceptable practice. They never stopped accepting orders so I don’t see why it’s okay to skip and delay orders. I understand it’s not the employees fault since they only had 2 people, but it says a lot about the employer at the same time. The employer really needs to figure staffing out. High traffic area like this and a situation like this is really unacceptable. Really disappointed as I’m a frequent in their Seattle area stores.

7:41 PM and they wouldn't even take our order. Kicked us out, without any consideration of our orders size.. it was ONE item. Didn't even ask what we wanted.

This place is amazing. I've had the bubble tea, the mango/strawberry shaved ice and something else I can't recall the name of but it had amazing chewy little bites in it. This is my new go to bubble tea place Good customer service, great atmosphere, plenty of seating and really good desert. You might have difficulty finding parking at certain times of the day but other wise this place is amazing. Go here

Refreshing Taiwanese spot downtown for boba and desert. We enjoyed the egg waffle and the black sugar boba. The egg waffle had red bean but it was rather mild, I would have appreciated a little bit more of the red bean. They did a good job with the consistency of the boba tea such that I didn’t taste any powder. Also 50/50 sugar and ice is the way to go. Highly recommend.

First, the name of the place doesn't resonate if I'm craving something sweet. There was only one person tending the register and preparing food and drink for a crowd of ~15 people on a Sunday. Ridiculous! The water station wasn't working. Of the various items we ordered, the towering one with a brown butter base and vanilla ice cream was our favorite. The others were more than decent. The place feels sloppy and unsanitary.

Employees here are really nice. There was an adorable and eloquent little girl at the front when I was there helping her family take orders. The people making the drinks were nice and willing to answer any questions plus work with any dietary restrictions as much as possible. Plus it's a clean place with nice bathrooms. Good place to stop by for very Asian desserts, my partner and I definitely had a little bit too much sugar from here but it was a fun time.
