Wow, what an incredible place! I’d been eyeing this bar for a while and I finally made it there on my birthday for some live music… it feels like you’ve been transported to a different place. Musicians were fabulous and the vibe was very cool… felt like a bar you’d find somewhere in NYC. What a gem! I’ll definitely be back.
An incredibly wonderful and unique atmosphere that ranks among the best in Portland.I wandered in with a small group and was blown away by the vibe as a musician played accordion and sang classical Russian songs. The cocktails were excellent and the bartender was friendly and welcoming as well.If you’re looking for a special place to show out of town guests, a date spot, or just a place to unwind and sink into a cozy vibe, I can’t think of a better spot. This is a really cool place, especially a little late at night, after dinner. Just a warm, relaxing place to listen to some great classical, both on the speakers but also live, and have good cocktails. Warm and intimate, those are the best words to describe it.
