Now I know why it was totally empty on a Saturday night. There was like 6 people working, I was the only one in there and they still messed up my order.The basil was forgotten, the balsamic drizzle was a balsamic drench. It was so salty I couldn't even eat it. The $7 side salad- like the tiniest amount of salad in that container..Extra crispy crust requested but no crisp at all. total waste of money for a meal I couldn't even eat. It never used to be like this.

Do not come here if you're in a hurry. This Mod in particular is hit or miss on overall service. Sometimes, you'll get great service. Other times, like today, you'll sit there for 20 minutes and watch someone make boxes instead of making pizzas.

We were excited to take our kids in to get pizza here after hearing good things about MOD pizza and thought it would be fun. 3 of us ordered pizzas from the menu while my daughter created her own pizza. The girl making the pizza must have been new because she kept having to look at the ingredient sheet for each pizza (there's only a few ingredients on each).. it took forever because she could only remember 1 ingredient at a time. Then when we got our order 2 of our pizzas from the menu were wrong. The only pizza that was actually good was the one my daughter had made. We also ordered the over priced salad. The plates they gave us were all dirty, with so much left over food on them that we couldn't even use them. And to top it off there were two separate homeless people just hanging out in the dining area, one of them sleeping on the bench and another nodded out half way through her meal sitting at a table. Because of all these things we will not return.
Ahhhh. Another year and another one star review for another MOD. (Maybe I should stop visiting mods.. but maybe I just love the wild ride of the experience ) Nothing screams welcome like the blasting of Disneys songs at volume 1000. Trying to order where neither side of the party can hear or understand each other while a Moana's theme song is being drilled into my head is some sort of unique Disney styled torture that I thought could only come from a child asking to watch the same movie for the 33rd night in a row, but have no fear mod also provides that torture.. The staff were all smiles and happiness, but I really don't think they have ever made a pizza in their entire life because I think time and effort the staff member put into placing my red sauce on for it to look like it was simply splattered lightly with a quarter size of sauce in the middle is art in itself. Not to mention the 2 pepperonis she placed on and when I asked for a little more she set only one more on. Pizza eventually made it to the oven and about 6 more Disney songs played at a volume that only seemed to get louder with each one and staff who seemed to be photosynthesizing through the music as they also got louder. While my pizza was in the oven it started to feel like I was watching a broadway musical. Singing, dancing, and everything but pizza was happening. Pizza came out, undercooked, under sauced, and with a sad 3 pepperonis. I'm pretty sure I could hear the Disney songs 3 blocks away but maybe it's just now drilled into my head. Overall I'd give the cast of the mod pizza Disney crew 5 stars, but truly the pizza and everything else 1 star. Until next time mod. Until next time.

Ordered a pizza online, supposed to be done 7:30 didn't leave till 8:00 lady said it would be done 6 mins than proceeded to leave the building without passing the job (seemed like) and when finally got said pizza the receipt said out of green onion when clearly everybody else's pizza had green onion and both tubs of it were full, sloppy staff period. Good pizza not great staff.
