The most welcoming, quaint, peaceful coffee shop with the very best coffee. The music is great too. I don't remember the last time I had an iced coffee that I enjoyed this much. The owner allowed us to sample their horchata cold brew which was the best cold brew I've had. To try something else, I ordered an iced dirty chai. And it was delicious. We did not try any food, but Mudd Works Roastery earned every bit of 5 stars regardless. We live on the other side of town, and we will definitely make our way back as soon as we can.

Nice owner, delicious lemon scone, great horchata cold brew.Wheelchair accessibility: The threshold is wheelchair accessible and there is room to navigate in and out. Doors open with push/pull. Seating is at a tall table, so dining in is not wheelchair accessible.

Mark was an amazing host, walking me through their different beans. Love the rich dark espresso they're making, with no hint of bitterness.

Absolutely delicious coffee! The beans here are so delicious and processed in house! I live 15 minutes away but I happily make that drive for this coffee because it's so

Mudd Works has turned into my #1 favorite place to get coffee. As someone who was born and raised in Portland—and drinks coffee every morning—that’s saying something. Their Chili Mex is the most well-balanced interpretation of a Mexican Mocha I’ve had to date, and their service is impeccable. You can tell they genuinely love their work and their customers. Mudd Works is a hidden gem, don’t miss out!

This place is SO good! It’s got that cozy, local ambiance that I love in a coffee shop. Their coffee (which they roast right there in the store) is delicious! They’re super friendly and have delicious pastries from a local bakery to boot! Definitely worth a visit ?

Marco carefully selects the coffee he roasts on the premises. Over the many (many!) years I have gone to Mudd Works Roastery for coffee, he has shown his knowledge and skill for choosing a variety of wonderful coffees. He is friendly, kind and courteous. He makes an incredible horchata FROM SCRATCH! And the pastries from local bakeries are quite delicious. The people who come in are the kind you can have a conversation with and feel happy about it, even if some of them are a little grumpy.

Stumbled upon this place today between jobs. This unpretentious coffee shop was a gem. Ordered a mocha it was well balanced, freshly aromatic, and silky smooth. Certainly recommend if your looking for a delicious pick me up. Will be back for some beans.

?? and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐My bf Joseph gets his beans here exclusively for years, and I've joined him several times on a Saturday for a beautiful and delicious latte or an Affagato. We always try the flavor of the week of the yummy oat milk soft serve (French toast and espresso last week, Yum;), and we leave armed with a couple of delicious baked treats for the week. I've noticed Marco is a friend to all who enter. Likewise, he is a cherished friend of Joseph's, and a gift to the neighborhood.Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Marco and Team!!
