I went to Norah and had the samosas and they were incredible! 10/10.However, my entree was the see ew, and it was just straight up bad. The mushrooms were rehydrated from dry and very chewy, and the entire dish didn't taste right and gave me a pretty bad stomach ache.

Thai tea was strong AF, had me tweakin. Also the lil samosas were good well seasoned with a hint of sweetness

My boyfriend and I came on a whim. I don’t think I’ve had better food in Portland and we go to a lot of restaurants. If you are looking for a mouth-orgasm come here. Absolutely delicious food!

Tried for the first time expecting innovative, healthier fare, but Norah turned out to essentially be vegan junk food.Quality isn't great, expensive for what it is, and almost all entrees seemed to involve soy curls... The dishes were also very, very oily.Staff was very friendly, but overall the experience was not worth repeating for me -- too expensive, low quality, and the oily bowls led to an upset stomach.

I had the roasted cauliflower and it was delicious. Their staff was super kind and the ambience of the place is amazing! I will be back to try their other delicious offerings!

For the dine-in experience it is worth 5 stars but ordering to-go is not as easy. They won't be finished on time - possibly a 40 minute wait longer than what Google tells you on a Wednesday evening so workers can be overwhelmed and will put online orders last on priority.

Literally PERFECT. One weekend I had it for dinner three days in a row and still wanted it again on the fourth day.Sometimes if we aren’t hungry we’ll just come in for drinks to go! So much wonderful flavor and so refreshing. Love everything about Norah!!Dietary restrictions: All vegan!!
I've ordered at least 6 things off of their menu now and every single one has been PHENOMENAL.

A vegetarian Thai restaurant that is worth trying. It simply amazed me. I will definitely come back to eat there next time I come to this city. Four dishes for two people, two glasses of wine, plus tip $100

Great spot. The cauliflower curry was fantastic and so were the samosas. The bibimbap was decent
Staff is always super friendly. Every dish I’ve had there is delicious and plentiful. Prices are fair. And an added bonus is that they take reservations!! Wish I lived closer.

Incredible can’t-believe-it’s-vegan dishes. The Thai tea, rangoons, see ew and drunken noodle were all out of this world. We’ll be back!
