One of our favorite restaurants in Portland! What a precious gem we are lucky to have. The food is amazing, superior quality, family recipes. I like to order a couple of appetizers, split an entree with a pal & get dessert. Dessert is not to be missed! If you don't have room, take one to go-you will not be sorry! The beverages (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) are super good too. The staff is always wonderful. There are yummy options for vegetarians. There's a lovely outdoor patio that is heated in the winter. Can't say enough good things about this place & it's food-don't delay, go there now! Every time I eat here, my heart, soul & stomach are FULL.Vegetarian options: Empanadas, tamales, avocado salad, rice & beans, maduros (sweet fried plantains), mushrooms, yucca (similar to potato), Caribbean coleslaw, Amazing beverages & dessert!
Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian option I noticed was a spinach and cheese folded Enita since I bought it on a whim for a vegetarian friend of mine. Tasted fantastic!

I hadn't visited Pambiche since before COVID-19. The food was very good, except for one thing. We didn't see tostones on the menu and we asked the server about that. We flabbergasted to learn that they didn't have them anymore! What??? I mean, a cuban restaurant without tostones is like a McDonald's without fries. I was so disappointed that I'm considering not dining there again.
Absolutely fabulous! Get the Vaca Frita! You won't regret it! The meat was tender and flavorful. Homemade hot sauce on the table is delicious. Grabbed my husband a Cubano to go and he said it was amazing. I took a bite and have to agree! Guava cheesecake was good. Also enjoyed the carbonated hibiscus ginger tea. There wasn't a single thing I didn't like! And the staff were amazing. So kind, helpful, and attentive. Cute little place. Very clean. Can't wait to go back and try more! Empanadas looked amazing but I had no more room. Left full, satisfied, and with leftovers.
