Waited in the drive thru for over half an hour, only to be told they do not take cash, did not have brown rice and after requesting a side order of white rice, they instead added it to the the other 2 entre meal that was ordered.After going inside to correct the mistake, it was also discovered that they did not have white rice either. The manager then had the nerve to ask for me to pay for the only rice that they had on hand at that point: fried. She relented after I assured her that the words "side of white rice" were what was said.People go where they're invited and return if they're well treated. Won't be going back there.

the two old lady’s that usally give you the food are very rude and it makes me sour Durring my meal so I can’t even enjoy the food and I think the service I horrid and they should be fired because one time I asked for soy sauce and she basically slapped it onto my hand without saying a work and turned around and went back to work. It’s absolutely the more horrid and disrespectful and nasty behaviour if I could leave a full star review there would be no stars at all as they deserve to be fired!

I would never go there again. If you want to get a food with almost no meat and wait in a line more then 30 minutes go head. This place became a junk. Disgusting fried rice. It's a not the rice that used to be before. What pisst me off it's that u have to wait in line there forever. Want to spend your lunch time in line and be late to work, more than welcome.

My recent visit to this establishment was marred by an unexpected and rather unwelcome surprise.I found my heart set on the sweet, citrus embrace of a large Orange Fanta, the liquid embodiment of a sun-kissed Mediterranean orchard, its effervescent bubbles dancing like a lively summer breeze.Imagine then, the crestfallen shadow that fell upon my spirit when, upon the first eager sip, instead of the vibrant, zesty caress of orange, my taste buds were engulfed in the cloying, saccharine ways of the Strawberry Fanta. The shock was palpable, like a discordant note in a symphony, jarring and unexpected. The strawberry flavor, while perhaps delightful to some, was to be an unwelcome guest, a usurper to the throne rightfully belonging to the citrus king I had so anticipated. Each sip, rather than quenching my thirst, seemed to mock my disappointment, the strawberry flavor an unrelenting reminder of what should have been.This mix up might seem trivial to the uninvested observer, a mere hiccup in the grand scheme of culinary experiences. But in that moment, it was a tragedy. My day was tinged with the tartness of disappointment.This experience has left me so disenchanted, that I find myself contemplating not returning to Panda Express.

WORST STAFF. YUN is the worst. Asked for water and she charged me $2 for it and started yelling. Wouldn’t give me hot sauces more than 1. Very upsetting bc I used to go to this Panda Express all the time and now I’m not gonna go there anymore sadly.

My recent visit to Panda Express #0510 in Clackamas Mall left much to be desired. The customer service was notably subpar, lacking the friendly and attentive approach one would expect. What disappointed me even more was the unexpected charge for water, which seemed unnecessary and left a negative impression.I believe it's crucial for establishments to prioritize excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for their patrons. The additional charge for water was particularly perplexing, as it goes against the common practice of providing complimentary water.I hope that Panda Express takes customer feedback seriously and considers addressing these issues. Improving the overall service and reconsidering such charges would undoubtedly contribute to a more favorable dining environment.
