The store had just opened I had entered they informed me that they had too many orders and they weren't taking any customer walking orders and that they would be open in 20 minutes even though the doors were already open. Horrible customer service I will never come back here again

This place is fine except they use Door Dash to deliver. The Door Dash drivers are horrible. Every time I’ve ordered and the Door Dash idiots deliver it, I’m missing something.I NEVER had a single issue with the Papa John’s delivery folks. If it was only them I’d give 5 stars.Door Dash is just a bunch of morons, most of whom don’t seem to speak English and they give zero F’s if your order is wrong because it’s impossible to adjust the tip if you did it in your card.I’d give zero stars if I could since Door Dash has consistently ruined the experience.

Came at 1037 on a Sunday to the doors already being locked, me literally knocking on the door to have an employee point at a sign that said carryout closes 20 mins before they close which it wasn't. And as I'm leaving the other employee, FLIPS ME OFF!! This place used to be my favorite place to get pizza. Now I'm leaving a bad review and calling corporate.

26th Jan Friday around 7:22pm I accepted a door dash order at peak time and arrived at the location. Receptionist asked me to wait for 7 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and asked again, another dude checked and said another 5 minutes. After total 20 minutes I asked same receptionist (curly hair). What she said pissed me off. She said, for unknown reason they refunded to customer and they did not put the pizza into oven. I did not get any notification about that, if it was canceled I would get notification about order cancelation. She lied. She asked me to wait another 7 minutes if I want that order. I unassigned the order and left the store speechless.

After getting a massage on this same stretch of Murray, I often stop here to pick up a pizza to bake at home. it helps me keep the chill feeling by not having to prep a meal. I'm all about the classics so get either cheese or pepperoni. even though they do include cheddar in their cheese mix, it's not overpowering and the mozzarella is what shines. I've asked them to not include cheddar as no Italian uses this cheese on pizza, but their cheese is premixed. Workers are friendly & efficient. I've never done delivery so can't speak to the delivery service or quality. There is a small parking strip making it convenient to stop by then hop onto the freeway and head back to Portland.

Pizza was soggy and literally not cooked. The delivery driver just left our food outside on the floor and we had no idea our food had been delivered. We did not choose contactless delivery. Would give 0 stars if possible.
Ordered on Uber eats. Ordered a 40$ NY style pizza, instead got thin crust, pizza was ice cold, missing toppings, asked for half toppings on one side and the toppings were all over, pizza was cut into big and small pieces, not centered with toppings all over the place. Spoke to the Manager Maura, and she could care less. Horrible customer service. Will never return.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. I called in an order for take out. When I arrived at the store there my order was not in the system. What a waste. I ordered Dominos and they were able to do it right. Avoid this location at all costs.
