I was in Pappy’s last night for dinner.the second I walked through the door I was treated like family. My bartender,Tasha made me one of her own creations which she calls the Cirtini. Don’t know what is in it but it looks amazing and delicious. It is a little sweet but it sneaks up on you. Next time you in there and Tasha is working I highly recommend you try her Critini. While I was there I had ordered a club sandwich which was like a taste of heaven! And the atmosphere is amazing the way the lights are turned down low it gives off a very warm romantic energy almost like a seductive sexual energy. I tried my luck at some video lottery hands but I lost however I got to watch others hit left and right. Did better at billiards. The bathrooms are clean but not wheelchair accessible they are too small, take it from someone like myself who is wheelchair bound. Interesting and friendly clientele. Nice neighborhood bar to go watch a sports game or play some free pool Tiffany the bartender was very friendly and a very good cook at the same time. Had a delicious jalapeño burger.

I love the lo key vibes. Multicultural environment. Perfect lil whole In the wall . It’s like Cheers… everybody knows your name. Bartenders are amazing and bursting with personality . Oh ya Grest burgers n amazing Taco Thursday for the right price. Ice chilled glasses perfect for the hot day cool down

Low lit bar, went around noon. Not many people there. Got the double smash burger, waited a good minute. The burger tasted pretty good came out hot and greasy with all the toppings. Started with the fries, pretty good & relatively thick. Not over cooked as well. Burger was still pretty hot by the time I finished the fries, and very filling. If I was sloppy drunk and needed something in my stomach this would be the one. Probably would wait a minute for the burger to cool down but then again I probably wouldn't.Overall if I needed to stop for food and I was nearby I'd consider it

Don't judge this place by its looks. It's definitely a popular local dive bar with good cheap prices for food and drinks. Mostly regulars come here, but when I stopped by for a drink, they were very welcoming and started a conversion with me as soon as I sat down. Hats off to the bartenders as they are the bartenders and cooks. Very chill environment so I'll be back.Parking: Lots of parking available, but it's Portland so don't leave valuables visible in the car.

so I stopped by Pappys last night because a few friends recommended the burgers. They were absolutely amazing! it was very flavorful and juicy! The bartender who was working i believe her name was Tiffany. she was such a sweetheart and even as the bar was very busy and she had multiple customers she was still attentive to all the patrons needs. My food was hot and fresh and served to me in a timely manner! I will definitely come back based on my experience last night! if i could give more than 5 stars I totally would! Fun, clean and easy going atmosphere!

First time coming in, and decided to give this place a chance, I struggled to open the heavy door and the manager decided that it would be appropriate to yell at me infront of the whole bar about keeping the door closed. Some homeless guy had to help me open the door and she continued to have attitude the whole time. But of course not when it it came to the older white regulars. Attempted to have a conversation with her about it but she continued to talk over me.
