The brewery is permanently closed. Philadelphia’s is still open.

This place is CLOSED and has been for 1 year. Per the guy who now runs the Philadelphia Philly cheesestake place. Yet it still says 13 virtues brewing on the windows.

For as much as they charge they could be less skimpy on the cheese and veggies.

This place has been in the neighborhood for years and is a great place to get a fresh hot Philly cheese steak. The drinks and service are outstanding too.

Thanks to the staff at 13 Virtues for hosting my second Super Bowl party. Great location, great food, great people!

Used to love this place but it feels like the owner got greedy. Yes expenses have gone up, but $3/ sandwich more if you order in person? Came in for the Monday night deal. By the time I figured out how to order what I wanted online (I couldn't figure out how to get the deal), the deal was over and I couldn't order online anymore. It stops right at 8:00 pm.You say you moved to doing this because of a lack of staff. Are you paying the person working harder more? Have you tried to pay a living wage? I could understand a $17 sandwich if you did.One other comment. So if someone is vision impaired, they have to pay more because you cannot accommodate their needs.I have been coming here since it was Philadelphia's. I'm super disappointed.

IMHO, this place makes the best Philly cheese steak in town. They also have a nice beer selection. Give it a try I think you will enjoy.

Tried this place today for the first time. I have been trying (without success) to find a legit cheesesteak / hoagie place in Portland. Awesome. 10 out of 10. Yay. Meat was great. Bread was great. Beer was good while I waited.

If you need a place to wait while your grass is growing this is the place. Two people in front otherwise deserted. Should have recognized that clue over 45 minutes to get a cheese steak. Server/cook was clueless--- ordered two beers and he didn't recall what he pulled on the tap. Still don't know if we got what we ordered. Food was fair but nothing special. Zero stars. Spend your money elsewhere.

Holy hell awesome! Food 5+ stars. Beer 5+ stars. All the staff we met were sterling. They even have a cool Liberty Bell lamp. Haha. Go Phillies!

The guy who works there was a complete j*** to me and my family. Food and beer have always been mediocre (especially for the price), but I figured it might be a fun place for our family to grab lunch after some weekend morning soccer. I won't be going back. Luckily we live in a place where there are plenty of great sandwiches, and with people who don't act like this. Looking forward to the day this joint is occupied with someone who gets it.

Messed up my order 2x in a row. I ordered one of their hoagies with a couple toppings removed. The first time, I got a cheesesteak instead. The second time, they included the toppings I had asked for the sandwich without, even though we specifically confirmed that it should be without them. The hoagie I eventually got was mediocre, and the service here has never been friendly. They're very "meh" about the customers, like they don't care if you stay or take your business elsewhere.
