As a neighbor that was highly disappointed in the closing of the Holy Goat, I was still excited to try this place. First of all, they took out the old pharmacy tile in the entry that had been there for 100 years. Very sad! It had character. Once inside, it got worse, way worse! No sense of ambiance or comfort at all. The interior is very cold, the lights are a bright white and the atmosphere is sterile. Not on the sterile to be cool side, but sterile with cheap tables and chairs, horrible lighting and no decor at all. They took out the cool bar too. (Although, that may have been damaged in the HG kitchen fire....) Second, the food. The Ban Minh was decent. Very good flavor, but the meat was chewy and pulled out of the sandwich most bites and it was very dry. The Pho was decent, nothing to get excited about, but as good as most around town. There is definitely better around. The biggest issue was the salad rolls. My daughter is vegan and so we ordered the tofu salad rolls. For some reason, they still put pork in them! Why? Not sure. They didn't ask if we still wanted the pork and there was no indication that they would have pork. Since it is the only restaurant that has ever put pork in tofu salad rolls, we didn't double check. Lesson learned. I haven't been back yet, but will give it another try. I hope they read these reviews and make an effort to bring some ambience to the place.

The service was great, we were greeted right away and told to sit anywhere. We sat at the window, so nice to watch the outside lol. The pho is DELICIOUS and priced fairly. Also got Yakisoba and that was delicious as well. Nice portions.

Delicious Banh Mi- great service. Highly recommend!

Apparently they can't serve you a pho in house with a half hour left until close. That's not good enough.

Service - quick with the menu and water. Atmosphere - casual, clean, music volume is at a comfortable level. Menu - Typical Vietnamese fare. Food - The fresh veggies that comes with pho looks colorful and fresh. The special pho was perfect. The steak should be still bloody, letting the hot broth cook it at the table the brisket and meatballs cooked perfectly. The broth is perfectly balanced in taste. I have to say they made a perfect bowl of Pho. In addition. The portion of meat and noodle seems more generous than others. Parking - street parking Price - It seems like the typical rate as any typical pho establishment. I'm glad I stopped in here. I would definitely come back to try their other items. The pho is .

Delicious pho! One of the best I have had in a while. There was a slight miscommunication on the food order but it was corrected quickly with no issues. I recommend!

I ordered the chicken bahn mi and chicken wings. Both were good but, the bahn mi needed more crunch , jalapeño , daikons and spicy mayo instead of regular. I also wanted my bread more crunchy.

I was so excited to try this place, so we ordered from Uber Eats. We ordered two Banh mi chicken sandwiches, but unfortunately, we only received one very cold sandwich. The bread was hard, and the spring rolls were okay, but dry and cold. Since we were hungry, we split the sandwich and heated up some leftovers...

Best pho I’ve ever had. Don’t be put off by the forgettable sign (a friend admitted this is why he hasn’t tried it yet lol) because we’re so accustomed to hip graphics in this neighborhood. The food is legit! The staff are wonderful and kind and the place is clean and spacious. The rare steak pho and the chicken banh mi are my favorites. I didn’t like pho before I tried this place and it changed my mind because they do it right!! Hot, flavorful, generous with all the fixings. Let’s keep this place goin, it’s amazing!Kid-friendliness: Well I saw kids here who loved it :)Wheelchair accessibility: Big street level front door off of an ADA curbside. Spacious with flexibility to move tables around.

Got the #1 special pho and crispy spring rolls. Both were very good. The broth in the soup was great- nice and rich. The different types of meat were all very good. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice, quiet restaurant serving good food. The Pho was pho-nomenal both times I had it. Would love to see this business succeed.Parking: I parked in the Whole Foods Parking lot across the street. Not sure if this is approved/condoned.

We got the fish sauce wings, salad rolls, bun Bo hue, and grilled shrimp and pork vermicelli. The fish sauce wings did not have any hint of fish sauce but was slathered in what looked and tasted like the bottled sweet and sour sauce from your typical Asian grocery store, 3/10. The salad rolls were decent 7/10. The bun bo hue broth was bland and calling it broth is a stretch. Noodles to meat ratio was sad. The garnishments that typically go in this dish (Thai basil, Vietnamese mint, perilla leaves, sliced banana flower which is some times too pricy so some restaurants will substitute with red cabbage but that wasn't even considered here) were nonexistent, instead we were given a pile of wilted shredded lettuce and bean sprouts, 2/10. The vermicelli bowl was disproportionately noodles over all else. There was decent amount of meat and shrimp however the disappointment was in the watered down flavorless sauce, 6/10. The star of the show was the Vietnamese iced coffee! 10/10!
