I eat Pho all the time. This is best restaurant Pho I've ever had. The broth is so so flavorful. The noodles were the best- thinner and yet firmer. So good!

It's a grungy entrance, a lot of different designs pieced together, hole in the wall feels. Spring Rolls ~ eh. Peanut sauce is almost flavorless. Not wrapped tightly. Calamari ~ overly salty, most sauteed vegetables. Pho ~ it is just ok Service ~ straightforward standard.

We love Pho 39! We live nearby and it has become one of our regular go-to spots. For anyone who is vegetarian, the pho with tofu is excellent. Sometimes I will choose the Tofu Lemongrass Vermicelli which is also fabulous. If you eat in person the service is quick and the family that owns it is lovely.Kid-friendliness: They have 2 high chairs

Went here in between classes with a friend. I ordered the BBQ Pork fried rice and pot stickers. The food is AMAZING, so full of flavor! Some of the best pot stickers I have EVER had! I think I found my new spot for food while on campus!Vegetarian options: There was a large selection of vegetarian substitutions.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is on the ground floor—no need for a ramp.
