It was my first time trying Pho MeKha after seeing an Instagram reel on this restaurant. It was recommended to try the mì nam vang and I’m so glad I did. I ordered the soup one and it did not disappoint. The flavors and herbs are refreshing and soothing, and love the protein included in this meal. I was very full and happy after, and would highly recommend this place and return again… all the way from Bellevue, WA! ?

The chicken wings were raw on the inside. When we told one of the servers, he insisted that’s how they “cook it”. We were expecting they would replace it with better cooked wings, we had to complain two times before they refunded us 50% of the price, which should have been a full refund. I have never seen customer service this wretched before, and I don’t plan on coming back.

Go here, order #37, you'll thank me later! Absolutely delicious! Flavorful, filling, and the blend of flavors is quite unique. I've never had Mi Quang (tumeric noodle soup dish) because I love Pho and always order it. I'm glad I branched out and tried something new because this is absolutely one of my favorite dishes here in Portland. I will absolutely be back for this!!!And side note as a crazy plant lady I just love all the plants!Parking: Some parking on Sandy and some on side streets close by

The Mi Quang aka Tumeric Noodles is the best in town. I could eat it every day. Everyone of my friends that I take here end up going there themselves.

TL;DR: great authentic food. Desserts are "ok". Soup is very flavorful and has a "home cooked" vibe.Parking: free street side parking.Atmosphere: more seating in the back around the corner.Menu: minimal images but descriptive. It has a blend of Cambodian and Vietnamese food, but it felt more on the Vietnamese side.Service: wait to be seated, order at the table, you will be watered, check brought to you.Phnom Penh Pork Noodle: the soup is "souper" flavorful! Has a real homemade vibe and is very satisfying. All the ingredients blend together nicely and is the perfect meal for a rainy day.Pork Vermicelli Bowl with Crispy Roll: the pork is thinly cut and is very flavorful, though some slices were slightly chewy. I'm a big fan of the assorted veggies in the bowl and the generous proportion of crispy rolls (2 cut rolls), the sauce for the vermicelli bowl was very flavorful (a perfect balance of tang, sugar, and salt).Ube Flan and Pandan Flan: flan is so vibrantly colored like acrylic paint and is lightly sweetened -- the bottom "juice" is where all the sugar is at so I recommend starting to eat from the bottom up to maximize coating each bite with the sugary sauce. Overall, taste was not bad, I could taste the ube/pandan, but I probably wouldn't get it again. If I had to choose between the two, I think Pandan would be best, the flavor was stronger.

First - they have a lot of plants in this place!! That is the first thing I noticed. I was craving bun cha, and I remember that my friend recommended this place for their huy tieu. My son had their pho bo vien. I tasted the pho broth and it's a little too sweet and cinnamon-y for my taste. They give A LOT of meatballs, though. I had the bun cha ha noi and holy smokes - it's a lot of food. My husband also ordered the turmeric rice dish? I can't remember the official name. He really enjoyed it. Service is as you would expect from a Vietnamese restaurant so it makes it more authentic. haha
