I tried Pita Express when I was desperate for something filling and edible during a run to my next meeting. They really answered those two calls for me. Pita Express is pretty new - only a few months. Hence, they are working out some kinks. I've never had a pita sandwich pressed like a panini before, but I think it's the best damn sandwich I've ever had! Especially in the cold, nothing hits the spot like this baby. We had the chicken shwarma and man that was damn tasty!!!! I loved how it had a spicy kick along with the typical garliciness. The man asked if we wanted the full length or the 6 inch. I regret not getting the full. Definitely I'm coming back here to get more of those when I come back to Portland.
