First time here. Very friendly staff taking our order. They have a great assortment of Boylan's soda. Took about 10 minutes, and our pizza was done. Truly a delicious experience. Thank you to everyone there working that night. Great job!

Not Lost

This place ain't it. It's appearance and level of cleanliness has never recovered from COVID. These people need help. You can't run the front end and cook simultaneously.

Excellent food, service and friendly employees. I love their pepperoni pizza and especially their crust.

I get a pizza slice a lot cause it's cheap & large but its not that good, for me it's way to thin & just not enough cheese. I do like the fact there is a reward system

I love this place! Been coming about once or twice a week now. Great pizza, fresh ingredients, and usually awesome pizza. Then they hired this new cashier he was SUPER rude to me the first time I went and he was working. Also again today. It also kinda seems like the staff have less fun which I get working in kitchens. One bad attitude can bring the whole team down. While waiting for my pizza i overhead his interaction with other customers and it just really seemed abrasive and finding any Way to be so. I get super disappointed when I see him working because I know he is going to be rude and the most awesome staff aside from him are less engaging. Love you hillsdale pizzicato! My favorite of the stores. The bad egg needs a serious attitude adjustment.

WOW animations

Pizza was delivered, but they didn't even knock on our door, just left it on our doorstep We had ordered a salad ($15.00) as well. It was not delivered. They left me on hold when I called to check on it. Then when I called back they put me on with the driver who claimed he had left the salad. He hadn't. The "manager " then said he could make another salad but I'd need to come pick it up. They were too busy to make it right and deliver the salad they forgot. I said I couldn't do that, so my loss I guess...no theirs. I know alot of people. I will make sure NO ONE orders from you if I can help it. The pizza we did get was mediocre at best and their customer service sucks. I will be calling their headquarters. And I will be contacting my bank to stop payment since we did not get what we ordered and we had included a tip that was clearly not deserved. Great job everyone ? ? ? NOT!!!

This place is the bomb. 10/10 recommend. I had a pizza and chicken Caesar salad paired with a cider. Food was very good, the guy at the counter was very helpful and parking is very easy as well. This pizza place checks all the boxes. I'll be back to try the BLTA!!Vegetarian options: They have salads

They've got hot & tasty pizza by the slice, friendly staff, and craft sodas. However, It's a bit small/cramped inside.

The service was great. The girl working the counter was a great multitasker! Will definitely be back again. Delicious pizza.

Above average thin crust slices, pies and salads. Tangy sauce, just the right amount of cheese, interesting toppings and a chewy crust. Restaurant space limited to a couple of small tables and a noshing bar. Nice to know about when the craving hits!

I'm going to go full-Karen here for a minute, so buckle up...You clicked in? OK. This place is in my neighborhood, just a few minutes from my house; one bottle rocket away from my kid's school. With the exception of Papa Johns (which sort of doesn't count, for reasons that should be obvious) this is the only pizza joint in our neighborhood. Like a good old all-American family, we do pizza and movie nights on Fridays, so we generally (like at least a couple of times a month, forever) order pizza here. And almost every single time, we go through the same routine: 1. We call, get put on hold, and then nobody comes back to pick up the phone. Ghosted! 2. So, we try to order online. The online service doesn't work (i.e. won't load, isn't functional). Finally, we get to the place where we get to order. The interface is horrible beyond words. It's...It's...I literally don't have words for how bad it is. If you have been through this you know what I mean. As a person who has both managed pizza places in my life and who also worked on consumer experiences for a living, I am pained by how terrible this interface is, and that somebody was able to actually sell it to somebody else as a viable digital product. We have flying cars and rockets that go to Mars. We can have digital experiences where you can order pizza without it being murderous. I know. I've seen them. I've used them. The Papa Johns interface is 100000000x better than this, for example. 3. The time to pick up a pizza from when you order it is 1.5 hours (!!!) which is not super conducive for family movie night. If you want it delivered they will tell you 2 to 3 hours. I'm not kidding. That's not a pre-order. That's just you, trying to get a pizza delivered. That's clearly going to work for nobody (which is clearly how they want it to go) so you pick it up. It's cool, it's only a few minutes away from your house you say. Just go get it. Leave the kids at home for few minutes. Just run in there and get that pizza. It's so easy You wish they would deliver, but 3 hours vs. 1.5 hours, so you'll just go get it. It's just down the street! 4. You go to pick it up, and it's wrong. Like: IT IS ALWAYS WRONG. If I can make one point here in this entire rant, it's that: IT IS ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS WRONG. YOUR ORDER WILL BE WRONG. I wish I was joking about this. I wish I was being facetious. I am, a little, I guess. But for real: the order is wrong 70% of the time. Well over half, statistically, as my wife and I keep track. We bet on it. It's a literally a running joke at home and has been for years. This joke might be funny, except we have 2 fairly young kids that are at home and hungry. So it's pretty important that the pizza is right, and ready on time. But this never happens. 5. They'll remake the pizza, and you'll stand and wait for 30 minutes in the lobby. Nobody will care. You will be invisible and you will see others that do the same: take away orders that are wrong. Request remakes. You won't be alone, but you will have never been more alone in your life. 6. They give you the pizza and send your on the way, as if they didn't make it wrong. As if you just walked in. As if you didn't just lurk in there for 30 minutes (not joking) while they redo your stupid pizza order from their stupid pizza ordering interface. 7. You must count on a remake, and at least 2 hours from when you order to when you pick up your pizza. If you do this, and if you like pain and suffering, and insufferable people, this place is for you. Sometimes staff have been apologetic, and I do appreciate that. But sometimes they are not apologetic. Sometimes they try to make you feel like you are in the wrong. The front desk staff could give zero shits about you, the customer, and it shows. I'm sort of flabbergasted that they are allowed to continue in their employment. I'm sorry for them, and I'm sorry for me, and people like me, that have to deal with them

I ordered a large pizza a couple of salads! They said 60 minutes. I get there, it’s a crazy house! 80 minutes later I get my order. The worst service! This use to be a family staple. I’ve lived in this neighborhood since 2000! Horrible service. Mediocre pizza now!
