The good: Unlimited samples to male sure you like what you order. Friendly service. Delicious juice. Fresh and local. The not-so-good: Very expensive. I spent $48 on 4 juices. The juices I bought expired in 3 days. I know this is because they are fresh with no preservatives, but this made it difficult to plan ahead. No nutrition info on label other than ingredients. Other reviews mention that they sell cleanses, I didn't see these packages in the store.

I recently ordered an anti-inflammatory juice cleanse package and was VERY pleased with the quality, amount, and flavor of the products. ORGANIC too!! I opted for pickup, was notified when my order was ready, and received my juices readily upon my arrival! Excellent company to purchase the finest of fresh juices.

Healthy eating, juicing is a way of life, but it comes at a steep price, especially in this economy. I found out about this local juice spot from the app Too Good to Go. Up until the last 2 trips I was blown away by the quality, price and juices/nut milks I’ve received. I buy through the app to “save a meal” before the company has to put it to waste. Meals are priced at 1/3 of the price and the product can be enjoyed just prior to expiration.The past order contained nut milks that were fermented, despite having a Best Buy date that had not been overlooked, yet. The app generously refunded me the price. I gave the company another shot tonight, on a Friday, with a commute, during rush hour, and with a really tight timeline due to my own kid’s schedule of being in 2 places at the same time. It took coordination, effort and energy to brave the Friday traffic and make a repeat trip into Portland.But because I had ordered multiple bags, it made sense from a cost/energy standpoint. I walked in right at delivery time to see that my order has been canceled. I asked the person working what I was supposed to do and when I was alerted to save me the drive. He shrugged and didn’t know.I left bagless and completely frustrated by a repeat disappointing experience at Portland Juice Co. When I got home a half hour later, I opened up the app to reach out to the company to ensure I had received a refund. Turns out only 1 bag was canceled, despite the employee telling me they sold out and had nothing for me.When I called later he said it was a misunderstanding. Sending away a paying customer empty handed is not a misunderstanding. It’s horrendous customer service and not forward thinking in a time when he could have employed alternate options rather than turning someone away. Never again will I waste a trip for subpar quality and lacking customer service.

I love the juices but honestly the responses to some of these reviews are appalling. It def changes my view on the company. I support companies who are nice and who treat their employees well.
