We chose Premiere Catering to be apart of our special day and we are SO glad we did! Michael (the owner) was the main reason we moved forward as he was a pleasure to work with. Michael and his staff did the catering for my wedding this weekend. We interviewed a number of caterers for this event and we hired Premiere because the food was good and primarily because of all the positive interaction that we had with Michael. Premiere Catering was a dream to work with! We worked closely with Michael, and he was always highly responsive, flexible, and accommodating.
