Pretty stupid that it close’s at 7pm/6pm. Weird they should fix their hours like California where it’s 1am. Like Citrus Heights, California. Really stupid and makes no sence to even make a canes if no one can get a bite to eat at 9pm or even 11.

Refused us service. We showed up at 7:30 when they close at 8.

Drove a distance to get some canes since it’s the only one near and they closed 40 minutes early, that’s crazy. Won’t risk the drive again.

Google maps said that it closing time was confirmed by business as being 8pm. Don't waste your time showing up past 7pm.

Firm believer that the sauce is what makes the chicken good. You’ll have to buy a few extra ones to really enjoy your meal. Can’t go wrong with Raising Canes.

If you've ever hesitated to brave the infamous line at Raising Cane's in Pioneer Square Mall, let me assure you, the wait is worth it.As a chicken aficionado, I've sampled my fair share of tenders, but none compare to the crispy, flavorful perfection found at Raising Cane's.From the moment you step into the line, you're greeted with the enticing aroma of freshly fried chicken. Despite the initial hesitation due to the line's length, the anticipation only adds to the excitement.Once you sink your teeth into those golden-brown tenders, it's a taste sensation like no other. Each bite delivers a satisfying crunch followed by juicy, tender chicken bursting with flavor. And let's not forget the fries – perfectly seasoned and crispy, they're the ideal accompaniment to the main event. But what truly sets Raising Cane's apart is their signature Cane's sauce. Tangy, creamy, and downright addictive, it elevates the entire meal to new heights. Whether you're dipping your tenders, fries, or even the bread (which deserves its own shoutout for being surprisingly delicious), every bite is a symphony of flavors.Raising Cane's in Pioneer Square Mall is a chicken lover's dream come true. Despite the wait, the impeccable quality of the food and the irresistible allure of that legendary Cane's sauce make it a dining experience that's worth every minute in line. Whether you're a local or just passing through, do yourself a favor and indulge in the crispy goodness that awaits at Raising Cane's. You won't be disappointed.
Super popular with the younger crowd. As a first timer the chicken sauce was good and the chicken fingers were cooked well, but kinda bland without the sauce. Coleslaw was good but fries were disappointing.

My daughter was super excited to try this while we were visiting Portland, as apparently Seattle is still 3+ years out. Queue after 1pm was about 40 deep (more people in line here than the rest of the mall combined), but it moved quickly. The staff were great and everything was freshly cooked. Prices are very good, but I don't get the hype. We agreed the toast was really good though. The sauce seems like regular fry sauce with black pepper (not a bad thing, I liked it). If we'd walked in not having heard the hype it would have been objectively fine.
